Perfect location, great breakfast clean pool

Bed was hard

Location, balcony entertainment nightly but it is a loud location,

Beds hard, charge for the safe. I agree with deposit for safe key but to have to pay 30€ was overpriced and not done at other hotels we stay at.

The location is fantastic

This is exceptionally basic. Very out dated property. Poor facilities. There were ants crawling all around the room. A fridge that didn’t work. A leak in the ceiling in reception. Staff were ok. But dismissive at times. Found the hotel poor and would not rebook if visiting again.

The staff were good, and the location was great.

The rooms were outdated, we got no sleep due to other sports teams kicking our doors continuously every night, it was resolved on the last night when I had to go down to reception. This was a problem affecting everyone as we witnessed an altercation where the police had to be called . The breakfast was awful and I was trying from day 1 to locate to another hotel.

Quite nothing the position was good but not enough to compensate the bad of the entire structure

the room was so ugly (see the pictures). the queue for eating annoying and useless. the staff also very bad except the woman at the restaurant with black hair and the cleaning lady. the guy at the reception was rude about avoid the queue for health reason. too much noise from young people (like an hostel). outside there was somebody cutting some metal near the kitchen (respect for customer nothing). walls like butter everything I could hear from the neighbors. air conditioning very law. doors slamming every minutes without respect and old so you could ear everything. food was always the same without salt without taste no spanish jamon (may be too expensive) cakes were only with cream and fruit old. No choice of ham. Dishes not cleaned. I received an ammonition because I was taking one muffin in the room. no natural water free. furnitures from the seventies or sixties (see the pictures) balcon ugly and dirty without separation. The electric plug was from the second WW. The floor was ruined. One lift always busy and hot as a hell. Cabin was dirty and old. Pillow too hard.

Good location.

Although only there for one night, our room was incredibly tiny. We had to leave our four suitcases in the car, or else there would not have been any room to move. There were no signs in the hallway reminding everyone to respect the other guests, and therefore, it was incredibly noisy during the night. We had people banging into the walls and our door until 2am in the morning. We would not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in 80s style staff were very nice and the tv had 4 uk channels

A few things i didnt like i arrive at 1 and they didnt give me a key until 2... Sunbeds should be allowed to reserved by a towel and the food was aveage

All the staff still great you as if it was your first time

Breakfast was below average waiting 4hours for my room keys if it takes that long after you book in they should give you a welcome drink and if it takes the maid about 15 minutes to clean the room I don’t know why you need to wait 4hours for the keys

people are friendly, staff were helpful area was nice lots of nice little shops for shopping. Enjoyed the Spanish films and programmes.

The staff was very friendly, good breakfast with various of food

There was no balcony, more like a terrace connecting all rooms, noisy aircon and few meters to the wall just behind the window, terrible view like in Hong Kong city center. Not working fridge. The common areas needs refreshing.

It was in a good location and surrounding area beautiful.

They need reformation. this hotel needs replacement of doors, ded, fridge TV, and Shap attendance.the receptionist are very slow in finding your booking information

Central to everything. Weather was great.A relaxing place and a busy place suits all ages.

Rooms where we stayed are tiny beds comfy walk right out onto everything for holidays great place but for room size fair did not eat in the facilities.No little welcome pack even just for a cuppa when people arrive.

I like the location it was so good and the staff they was also so funny and friendly and the hotel activities it's so nice and funny

We have only one problem the parking it's so hard to find parking
