Wonderful staff, exceptionally clean, great breakfast, lovely spa and massages

The street it's on is not well lit and can be a little wary for a woman on her own

The rooms are not 4 stars SUP hotels standing .Old, not well taken care of, cleaning wasn’t great, walls are as thin as paper, you can hear the neighbors talking.The breakfast coffee is horrible.

The food was good, the pool area.

I stayed in a room next to elevator and I had pleasure to hear every ‘ding-dong’ sound and others sounds from elevator, as well as people transiting with their luggage. I also couldn’t understand why ‘do not disturb’ didn’t work at all. The cleaning lady would open the door no matter I was in a room with ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door or not. Few times she opened the door when I even wasn’t with my clothes on.

Nothing. The pictures hugely oversold it and it was very tired and tatty.

Pictures were not accurate and oversold the property. Child bunk bed was unsafe with no guardrails and a glass table underneath! Sliding door to balcony lock was broken so the room couldn’t be secured. Smelt of cigarettes with people smoking and cigarette butts everywhere. Area was grotty and very built up.

Definitely not a 4.5 star. The Breakfast was awful. Dirty plates and cups, tasteless food. €20 to hire a towel and park your car. Air conditioning was practically non existent. The vodka added to the sangria helped to dull the experience. Would not recommend

There is unfortunately nothing specific that I can say that I like about the hotel.

The building is old and the furnitures are outdated. The hallways have an unpleasant smell. The bathroom door in our room was not working properly, you have to really push it to be able to close it. Breakfast was disaster, every day the same dishes, choices are poor and I found hair in my food, which was disgusting? This definitely not the place that we will revisit again. We even left the resort one day earlier without any refund for the last night.

Restaurant & bar staff were really friendly; some reception staff were too (but not all). Food, buffet & bar were good, as were hotel facilities in general

Malgrat de Mar is a concrete jungle - a mix of apartment blocks, hotels and agricultural land, which isn't very attractive and lacks any of the charm and character of places such as Tossa de Mar. To get to the beach, you have to use underpasses (to get past the rail line) and then there are very few nice places to eat/drink there. We had to hire a car, to 'save' the holiday...

Thank you very much for the comfort you provided. We felt like at home. The staff is simply superb, you could ask for help at any time of the day. We are very pleased! 5 out of 5! Breakfast is great! Dinner is very tasty, a huge variety of everything! Gorgeous, green area with two swimming pools. Separate pool with jacuzzi for adults only.The rooms are very comfortable and clean! Thanks again! I recommend it to anyone who wants quality, comfort and a great price

We upgraded our room to get a terrace. Did not regret it. Had great views and privacy. The pool areas were great and the location as well. It's only a short walk from the beach, but still far enough to be not in the middle of the noise. The yoga classes were great - I even learned a few Spanish words. The breakfast was just about vegan friendly, with a margarine option instead of butter, soy, oat and almond milk, oats and cooked vegetables.

All the staff was very kind, the pools were nice, you could relax beside them and have a nice swim. There was a cook at breakfast preparing eggs, omelets, and pancakes. and the variety of sweet and sour breakfast options was good. The hotel terrace in the evening had a nice atmosphere for an evening drink.

Don't expect too much from the hotel view, the surroundings are fields and unused and unmaintained land. The fitness is ok for one, two people at once, for more it's too small.

Location, breakfast, evening entertainment, pools, bar, spa, room were great! Would definitely recommend this place.

The only thing missing for a four-star hotel was a kettle in the room with the option to make coffee/tea! Also, there were two people in the room, but the glass and cosmetics were only for one person and were not changed or replenished.

Beautiful hotel, and the staff were absolutely lovely. My husband hurt his foot in the room and the staff in the bar were SO helpful! Thank you to JESUS, POL and ALEX in the bar for that and everything else incl. their excellent service every day. And thank you to ESTRELLA in the reception, she gave TOP service - and had impressive language skills. They were all SO nice and professional, they made us feel right at home. We cannot wait to come back there.

We liked everything

The terrace is awesome, breakfast is tasty and diverse, stuff is polite and helpful, the room and the territory is clean and well looked after, overall, it's a nice place to stay.

The conditioning system in the room is a beat weak during hot days, OK at night.

Would not recommend this hotel

The pictures are not what it is. And i had to cancel a massage and they offered me a refund . But when I ask now , nobody respons.

I THOUGHT THE YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASSES WERE EXCELLENT THE TEACHERS WERE SO INCLUSIVE AND UNDERSTANDING AND VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOB. THE SPA FACILITIES WERE ALSO VERY GOOD.MY BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN.THE ADULTS POOL WAS SPACIOUS AND HAD ENOUGH LOUNGERS AND BEDS FOR EVERYONE.

THE TIMETABLE OF THE CLASSES DIDN’T FIT WITH BREAKFAST IN THE HOTEL. YOU CAN’T EAT BEFORE YOGA SO IT WOULD MEAN YOU EITHER MISS BREAKFAST OR YOGA DEPENDING ON WHICH YOU CHOSE TO DO. I THINK THIS NEEDS LOOKING AT SO THAT GUESTS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY BOTH BENEFITS IN THE MORNING AS PART OF THEIR STAY.I REALLY DIDN’T LIKE THE LOCATION, THE AREA WAS VERY TOURISTY AND LOUD WITH VERY LITTLE CHOICE OF DECENT DINING OPTIONS TO REACH WITHIN WALKING DISTANCEI THINK THE HOTEL COULD BENEFIT BY OFFERING SOME EXCURSIONS TO SOLO AND YOUGA MINDED TRAVELLERS WHO ARE NOT DRIVING.

Comfy beds, quiet air-conditioning, good food, excellent massages at the spa, restaurant staff were very friendly

I booked a spa package room and I didn't get a 10% discount for the spa treatments I asked about this at the reception desk but I had to pay full price for massages.

Pools were great, one is adult only and it is quite and relaxing. Balcony was very big and nice as well. No big difference from their ‘3 star’ part (two connected buildings) of hotel if you are thinking which rate to pay.

Room was not ready on time, not even an hour latter, manager had a comment that checking is from 2pm and not exactly at 2pm. There was not even an excuse from her side and she was very impolite. Rooms and toilets are very old and seems that water was going out of toilet bin, there was no reaction from the stuff since they didn’t have another room. Hotel deserves not more than 3 stars.
