I liked that they had balcony, good breakfast and dinner, arcades was good (little bit expensive though). Location was fantastic- close to train and the beach.

We had to pay for water- that was ridiculous to us. There were no towels at the swimming pool as we are used to in different hotels. We had to keep calling about towels. Wish there was a slide or 2 for kids into pool. The water zumba class was quite boring, i wish it was more energentic.

The views from our rooms, ours and my in-laws', were terrific. They were clean and accommodating for our needs. The staff even brought in a crib that fit perfectly in our room for our child. The food was always well done, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I liked how they had a section for people with kids with high chairs at the tables. I did wish I knew that even water and soft drinks weren't included with meals and had to be paid for, but it was never an issue, and the rates were very fair. We loved the location because it was so close to the train station, literally across the street, but the 'main' part of the town is a bit more toward Blanes. It was easy to get to the beaches and the grocery store for an item or two; it was quiet and clean.We look forward to coming back when we visit Santana Susana.

The kids' section could be updated or painted better, but it was perfect for our child, who loved it.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.My room had a beatiful 180 degrees view of the sea.

The outdoor jacuzzi was smelly and had traces of green algae around the edges. After I reported it to the staff they acted immediately and the bad smell was gone after that, but the green deposition around the edges remained. I do hope they will also clean that up soon.The elevators were slow and often broke down. Due to the long wait for the elevators, I decided to use the stairs instead, even though it meant climbing to/from the 5th floor several times a day.The hotel is flagged as "beachfront" on booking.com, but that's not correct. It's not actually on the beach, but on the avenue about 5 minutes' walk from the beach.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the rooms are spacious with a good-sized bathroom. The Happy Team was truly wonderful, especially with the children — they really made an effort to keep everyone happy.

there were several major drawbacks. The bed was very uncomfortable, with an old mattress that really needs replacing, and the bedsheets were never changed during our stay. The food was also a major letdown — the breakfast coffee was of very poor quality, and although there was variety at each meal, the taste was not enjoyable. The only consistently good option was the fresh fruit.The swimming pool area was another disappointment. Most of the sunbeds were “reserved” with towels despite the hotel’s policy against it, and staff did nothing to manage the situation. The pool itself did not seem well maintained: we regularly found sand on the pool floor even in the mornings, and at night the pool lights revealed visible dirt. The pool area was also extremely slippery, which felt dangerous. We raised these concerns with reception, but nothing was done, despite being told the pool should be cleaned daily — something we never saw.

Pool, location,nice lobby, activity was super fun, every hour another activity. Bar was great.

Room ac to warm!! Outside is very hot, so you want to come to you room to enjoy some cold from de ac, but instead you sweat inside the room. It was so hard to sleep in such warm room.bed to hard. You have to pay deposit for everything. Everyday same breakfast.

Hotel was super nice and modern, the rooms were clean and nice, stuff super friendly, location of the hotel was perfect.Close to the beach and the boulevard. Food was delicious, everyday something different.Interior and outdoor pool also amazing. I highly recommend coming here!

Staff superb & extremely helpful, cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing. The room was large & very comfortable & cleaned daily to a very high standard with lovely views of the Sea & pool. Very close to the train station & beach with numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk. A great selection for breakfast catering for all needs including free Cava with plenty of staff to make it run smoothly. A special mention for our lovely cleaner Pepe who done an amazing job.

WI-FI was a little disappointing especially in the room & the entertainment could have been a bit more varied.

The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The rooms were nice and clean.

The WiFi and Aircon did not work in our room which was a bit frustrating.

Plenty of food choices for breakast and evening meal. We were out of season so hotel was not full to capacity, maybe different in high season. The room had 2 double beds and plenty of space and the balcony had table and chairs (with amazing views). For a day trip to Barcelona we used the train - station is literally across the road.

Advertised a sauna, but for some strange reason this was situated in the gym (and not on) - would have expected it to be next to the indoor pool.

On the positive side, the hotel had a nice view, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. However, these positives could not make up for the overall disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The first issue was the check-in process, which took over 45 minutes. The staff were unhelpful and rude, showing little concern for guests. Shockingly, one of the staff members even left in the middle of our check-in to have dinner!!!The rooms were extremely cold, and despite informing the reception, they did nothing to address it. Instead, they rudely told us to wear more clothes!Both breakfast and dinner were of very low quality, with very little variety.Unless the service and staff behavior improve, I would not recommend staying here.

hotel restaurant are very nice, food is great. Room spacy but the comfort of the bed and the bathroom needs to improve a bit.

The comfort of the bed, and the bathroom sometimes facilities are a bit old-dated.

Check-in: Each interaction with the reception desk was excellent and pleasant. The reception staff members were friendly and informative; Room cleaning staff was excellent. The hotel and public areas were clean and comfortable; The bicycle storage room was suitable, and I appreciated the tools, cleaning tub and pump. My stay was an excellent bargain.

Everything was as I hoped it would be.

Great hotel and location, we had room 321,l would recommend it for the views alone, amazing!Good selection of food, dinning Hall comfortable and hotel has a great gym room, sauna etc.Drinks are good value for money and overall the hotel has a great feeling, staff are excellent!

View, pool, amenities

For the price (84€ inc half board ) the hotel is excellent. However it doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.

Food was not tasty and the dining room reminded more of a canteen than a hotel dining room. We didn’t mind since the food was included in our price but I wouldn’t choose half board again. Too many families in the hotel. Many kids running around. Obviously there is nothing wrong with this, but maybe someone needs more peaceful vibes for his holidays.

Rooms were clean

It is not beach hotel, it is close to the beach, however they advertised it as beach hotel and it is not. If you want to use facilities as indoor pool, you must buy hat €3, outdoors pool is freezing cold, no way people can swim in there…all inclusive is not for everything, you can literally pick from 3 cocktails but if you want let’s say pinacolada you have to pay for it. Food is average, eatable but would not call tasty..staff is not rude, but also not “friendly”…would not come back
