The hotel is in an ideal location, right on a large sandy beach—you don’t need to cross the street or the railway. There are two pools, one of which is for children. Throughout the day, there are various activities and games, and the animation team—both the girls and guys—are great. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is always clean. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day—special compliments to the cleaning lady with the blond hair on the 5th floor. The food is truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes every day, and the chefs and waiters are exceptionally kind. In the evenings, there is live music in the restaurant overlooking the sea. It’s not too loud and ends at a reasonable time. Every room has a balcony.

The only things that could be improved are the slightly outdated furniture and the elevators, which are often busy and occasionally get stuck.

the room was on sea front so we had sun both side of the room....staff were amazing especialy Azir and the waiters ..we had a problem with our bed and in 5mins someone was there to fix it

Disgusting, filthy rooms, and whole hotel should be taken down and rebuild!! Not even renewed!

Location of the hotel was great,right on the beach,the food was very good (we had a half board),everyday it was something different,but freshly made and delicious,the choice of the meals was good....actually,I would come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends...it is unfarely underrated by the notes on this platform...if has swimming pool,beach bar,entertaining room with snooker and table football,restaurant with organized karaoke nights,flamenco nights or disco for the kids..

It is true that the furniture and carpets are bit old and need to be renovated,the elevators are pretty small for such a large hotel...but all of this didn't disturb me to have a great holiday

Very good. Sometimes a little busy, but staff had it all under control.

No coffee making facilities in rooms.

The room was dirty and all surfaces full of dust. Shower didn’t work and even after 3 days they didn’t fix it. We asked a few times per day and received ‘sure, we will fix it tomorrow’. Incredibly noisy because of the music downstairs

Close to the beach and shopping

The long journey to the hotel from the airport is the only downside hotel is really good

The all support given by the staff for the restaurant when fell ill, they supported me in the best way ,we been there last year and fell in love with the hotel been always looked after like they’re our family,since the restaurant staff to the cleaning lady they are all great and excellent human beings ❤️

Furniture needs updating

Great location, friendly staff at the reception and buffet.The beach is beautiful and pleasant.

The hotel turns off the AC at night, which makes sleeping quite hard when it's 30-35° outside.The buffet was uninspired and sometimes had outright strange concoctions (ex: steamed mushrooms). For the same price we paid to include the buffet in our stay, we could have eaten out instead and had much better quality food.The staff at the snack bar outside seem to care very little about the place. During our stay there was a big pool of stinky water that just hung around close to the tables, no one took 5 minutes to mop it up. Furthermore, I saw a waiter see a used cardboard cup on the floor, and instead of picking it up and throwing it away he just crushed it with his foot and left it there. The food at the snack bar is also very overpriced and mediocre in taste.Basically, I can not possibly see how the hotel rates itself as a 4-star, when they seem to take every possible measure to save money at the cost of quality of stay for guests. It has so much potential, but as of now I cannot recommend staying there.

IF YOU WANT A NICE HOLIDAY: DO NOT COME to this hotel!!!This hotel and the company of booking.com have completely ruined my family holiday. As a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, I booked a family room that had supposedly “fit a family of 4”. However, upon arrival we saw a miniature room with two spare beds chucked in to accommodate the amount of people but did it awfully. The beds are so close to each other that it’s a struggle to even walk and we’ve resorted to putting our luggage for 12 days in the bathroom as there’s no space on the floor. The toilet was leaking for all the 12 days we stayed even though we notified the lazy reception staff on day 2. One of the beds has been placed in front of the balcony door, so we are not able to open it, which can be seen as a massive health and safety issue. To combat this and to try and find a solution we go downstairs and try and ask for help from the reception team, however they are all clueless and unhelpful playing the game as they know that we have nowhere to go so just disregard you. We then resort to calling booking.com and this was the last straw. We called them a total of 8 times with each time the calls will be for over an hour holding and waiting for solution, their staff would hang up the call when they couldn’t figure out what to say. Booking and the hotel has robed us of our family holiday our money and our time.

Air conditioning turned off at night and it got too hot!

Very tasty and refined food. Good rooms, comfortable beds, working TV and air conditioning. Cleaning rooms every day. An entertainment program for children, two swimming pools, polite staff all made our vacation magical

Old conditioner, there is no clothes dryer. Once, when we turned on the air conditioner, cigarette smoke wafted from it, so we had to leave the room.

Location and friendly helpful staff

Food was very strange altho being all inclusive we couldnt eat there, alcoholic drinks where OK but non alcoholic fizzy juice wasn't drinkable.

The property was right on the beach and the hotel was spacious. The staff did their best to accommodate me with my mobility issues.

there were no kettle, tea or coffee available in the rooms, which I am not used to in the UK

beach is superb but this dates of the year is cold. The English people will go into the sea the same but for me was too cold. The views from the room was wonderful. We had a wonderful views all day, we could see the sunrise in the sea.

We knew the place because we stayed some years ago. So there were no surprises with the rooms or anything.

The hotel was ok, I needed to go to a hotel and Town which I knew as I had been tested for Covid in hospital in Barcelona. I had to stay for an extra 2 weeks as I was not able to travel even though I tested negative the day after. The rooms are dated but that reflects in the price. The food in the first week was some of the best I have had in Spain, but the second week not so good, maybe as the hotel was full of teenagers and they were about to close.

The bed was very close to the wall of the hotel room, if it would have a bit more space it would have been perfect.
