Hotel Indalo Park

Nicely renovated! Beautiful interior, excellent food, helpful and kind staff. I really loved the idea of the happiness department, highly engaged to make everybody’s stay unforgettable. Location is perfect, close to the bus station and also couple of minutes to the beach.

We went just as summer starting so very few places open.Extremely noisy bars outside window and then staff up early hours making a lot of noise

Excellent Dinner and breakfast clean rooms

Clean rooms and facilties, modern bathroom, good spacious shower, plenty of hangers in the closet, safe available at no additional cost, comfortable bed, quiet, family freindly, free parking area behind the hotel, welcome cocktails. Great breakfast with daily fresh juices and cava, no queues, good dinner buffet, also no queues, not having the feeling of a classic all-inklusive touristic hotel at the costa brava. Very friendly staff.

Everything was great, if I should say something, rooms might be a bit small for 3 people and no plugs close to the beds

Plenty food. We have breakfast and dinner included. The quality and quantity were great. If you haven't brought any towel the hotel can provided it to you by a refundable deposit fee. Plenty activities in the pool area with the "animation" staff. Staff were amazing, in particular on Reception desk, that solved any issues that could scratch our holidays.

The swiming pool sun loungers and their availability. Perhaps it would be a better way to manage how the guests can use the loungers. During our stay if you don't have a towel, or one helpfully supplied by the hotel or lie on the loungers, you basically wouldn't have a loungers, because even before the pool opens, majority of them were already taken (indicated by placement of a towel). It was easy to still find many of them reserved with a bowl but no one on them even after lunch time, i.e., a lot of sun loungers being used for a tool to enjoy, until the guest finally arrives. One options would be If after an hour, the individual hasn't arrived, then the loungers should be freed up for others to enjoy & monitored by the staff.

Air conditioning wasn’t strong in the room but it was efficient Could use sockets near beds though

I love everything,the rooms are spacious,there are two jacuzzi near the outside pool also and indoor pool, The breakfast was breathtaking! Too good to be true.there is a group of youths in charge of activities like games,rumba dance, etc it was all fun..i really had fun.

Hotel was very comfy and the staff were very helpful. Great facilities. Tasty breakfast. No complaints for the hotel.

The area of Santa Susanna itself. Just huge hotels. Not very interesting.

Beds aren't so confortable.

Such a beautiful resort hotel. Everything was so nice, the people, the room, the location. The breakfast was fantastic value with fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, you name it, it was on offer. We also enjoyed the buffet style dinner. And they even have a special room for bicycles with a full assortment of tools, air pump and bike stand for repairs.

No A/C this time of year (April 15).

We arrived at the beginning of April. Even though it was pre-season, Santa Susana was bustling with life. Cafes, restaurants and shops welcomed guests, just like in the high season. The hotel is beautiful, with a beautiful garden full of the colours of the sun. The swimming pool inside, which we used every day, was clean and heated. The staff was very nice, especially the staff at the bar, where I had the best pinacolada in my life and at the restaurant. Special thanks go to Isabel, Maria Helena /makes the best omelette/ and Cristobal and Kate. The hotel is very clean, beautifully equipped, with great taste. We are currently booking a summer vacation for the whole family. I highly recommend it. A choice for everyone for breakfast and lunch.

Location is convenient, 10 min walking away from the train station.

Bed was not comfortable, and so the pillows, super hard.It was noisy, and we are not in high season, I can't imagine in summer... I would never go there

Excellent breakfast and shows

The panoramic elevators have a programming issue. If you called the elevator to the 5th floor it first went to the 6th and then came to the 5th. No one called it to the 6th, it was just a bug in the code. Not a big issue, just mildly irritating.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel and room was significantly nicer compared to the facilities around us. Very nice and helpful staff. Whether it be the smiling cleaning lady or the friendly cooks and wait staff in the restaurant. However, we were absolutely thrilled with the perfect animation team that guided us through various activities throughout our stay. As I wrote before, the resort is beautiful, but these people give it soul. As our friend Helios told us, "These animators are so good man". 10 aplausos for these people. Čau, čau, Mickey mouse.Jakub

Entertainment, food and the property was good

The air conditioning was not working and the wifi was not good sitting on our deck we got no wifi and certain parts of the resort had no wifi

Breakfast was very good only a small problem no English tea availability. Asked member of staff but they said no we don’t do that. Tea/ coffee would be great in rooms.

Personal of the hotel (especially in canteen) is very friendly. The hotel is situated close to bus stop and not far from train station. Evening program and entertainment for kids was good (especially flamenco show).

Overall the hotel seems fine but overpriced, as we expected to see something way too more comfortable and fancy for the price we paid. The hotel is extremely noisy. If your room is looking at the pool, you'll have disco noise inside it (even if the window is closed) till midnight. It's also quite old (despite it was refurbished), so the rooms are very tiny and you don't have enough space for comfortable storage (like we didn't have proper closet), beds are "economy class", so we had back pain after staying there for some days. There were also no plugins next to the beds in our rooms, which was extremely inconvenient.
