Location was good

This hotel brings the star system is to distribute in no way it can be considered as 4+ star at best it is two star and as such is only worth -- euros per night anymore is a complete rip off, I am much too embarrassed to say how much I paid

- Proximity to beach .- Helpful staff and english speakers .- Varied breakfast options .- Air conditioning working properly .- Very hot water in the bathroom available .- 3 elevators available provide quick access to rooms. - Sea view even from rooms on the side wings .

- Room not clean 100% ( found spider net behind the curtains ) and also stains on the walls to be repainted .- The mattress feels like you are floating on it . - Queue for breakfast buffet .- Bottle of water missing inside the rooms.- Sound insulation very weak .- Cleaning personnel starts early in the morning making too much noise . - Plenty of kids in the hotel , I don’t recommend for someone who is looking for a calm stay .

The location of the hotel, first line to the beach

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The room didn’t meet my expectations, the check-in process was very slow, and the WiFi connectivity process was poor. Additionally, the room wasn’t cleaned daily, and the dining area was consistently overcrowded, which made it uncomfortable.

The hotel clearly can not manage a large number of guests. Awfully long lines (up to 30 min) everywhere: reception, restaurant, elvators, etc. Terrible shortage of sunbeds near the pool.Some staff members are just rude - they literally say, "Get up and get away from here," "Not my problem," and other things like that. The receptionist explains that it is due to their bad English. Is it???The meals are quite OK, although repetitive and without much choice. Do not expect anything like salmon or jamon there, just plain dishes. The vegetables at breakfast are often spoiled, and the meat is sometimes roasted far beyond well-done.The "fresh" plates in the main retaurant are often dirty, with pieces of food or sauce stains on them. The same goes for the cups at breakfast. At dinners, you might be served the drinks (not cheap at all) at the very end of your meal.The room facilities are at minimum: a botte of all-purpose wasing gel, 2 tiny pieces of soap provided on the first day, and toilet paper - that's it. No drying racks at the balcony. The safe is not for free. One of the bedside lamps in our room did not work. But the beds were large and cozy, with a variety of pillows.On the good point, the gym is very well equipped.Overall, the place is guite battered and needs renovation. We happened to have worn out towels, some of them with holes, and how the beds look you may see in the picture. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Food was okay

The room for a family of 4 was very small there was no space to open the luggage. Everything cost additional money, if you needed to go to a gym you had to place a deposit, you had to pay to use a safe in a room! The beach was also very rough and almost dangerous to swim in. We drove 20 minutes north to find a calmer beach. The staff at the rest was not helpful when I checked in nothing was explained I had to go back several times to make inquires about the safe not working( needed to pay extra)

The location is stunning! Pulling up from the main road it looks very standard, but on the other side it's directly facing the sea, beach front, beautiful swimming pools and sun loungers, done really well. Little play area for kids, small animation club for couple of hours either side of lunch. Good variety of food offered in the restaurant. Attentive and friendly staff. Rooms simple, but comfortable. We stayed in April so it wasn't in full swing for entertainment etc, but looks like they have a lot of that during peak season. We had a superior room to sleep 4, for 2 adults 2 small kids. We were a little disappointed as it was 2 double beds pushed together and not much space around them. A shower room. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but a fridge and tv. Furnishings standard, bedding lovely, clean. Lovely white towels and sheets. On speaking to reception, who were just lovely, there was availability and we were lucky to be able to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite which was much more comfortable and fully facing the sea with 2 large balconies, tea/coffee facilitie, iron/board, 2 double beds in one room and 1 double in other. TVs in both rooms. It had a shower and jacuzzi bath tub which the kids enjoyed (it was too cold to swim in the pools or sea) and this just made our holiday to be honest!

We were all inclusive, but drinks were not included. Breakfast included juices and access to a coffee machine, but otherwise all drinks are extra even soft drinks and local beers and even at meal times. Perhaps a super inclusive could include drinks with meals or something. There was also alot of pork meat at meal times. Nothing against it, but my husband doesn't eat it and there were a few times there was no other option than pork or fish. Not much entertainment, but understandable in off peak season. The hotel is being upgraded, to a very nice standard, in places it is a little dated.

The rooms don't get cleaned at all. they bring just the towels and that's it. we booked 2 bedrooms but it was not 2 rooms, only 2 beds which is not ok for a family of 4.

Near the see, pool side

Only one wall socket to charge our electronical devices is not enough

We did not have high expectations about the restaurant, however the food was good. The staff is super friendly and they know their job. Everyday program for kids is just fantastic. The beach is 50 meters away.

Nothing to mention. It can be crowded at the entrance of the restaurant, but it's not a big issue - the staff is doing its best to get you seated as fast as possible.

Santa Susanna bars and restaurants are not beach front. No views in local restaurants unless you eat at the beach shacks. It’s a very casual resort.

The beach was next to the hotel. The technicians were very prompt and helpful. They repaired the safe, as well as replaced the bulb very quickly.

There was no option to order glutten free food in the bar. The condition of the hotel.was way better on the photos.

All the food was cold pool cold and the bridge was broke the slabs around the pool was broken the tiles had cracks and holes around

The hotel is located on the 1st beach line, and the beach is clean. Cafes, restaurants and shops are located nearby. The suite is big enough, there are sea and mountain views. The personnel is pleasant

Suite entrance is located on the street side so street noise (especially a train) and music in the evening (ends at midnight) can bother you if you want to have quiet time. There is a stove in the room and I no equipment so you cannot just use it (however even 2 hotel meals are enough not to be hungry). Sometimes there is a queue to enter the restaurant.

This was my first trip further away from home and I’m really glad I picked this hotel, really nice view, staff, waiters, food.All staff and waiters spoke English and cracked jokes all the time.

Water in pool could be a little wormer
