the room was dirty bedduing dirty room not cleaned for4 days complained towels not changde for 3 days

everything food disgusting cold and no choicers

have never left a bad review But I have to be honest the room was so dirty a dirty sanitary towel under a bed water dripping from the floor above shower door didn't close And the food was awful Sorry to leave such a bad review .

Fantastic, so central to all Areas,Beach,Shops and bars...

The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a great location

The breakfast was terrible not hardly any choice and seen a staff member putting dirty kvies on the food

Dinner included, restaurant closed at 9 so I missed it. Had arranged arrival between 8 and 9, with the hotel’s acceptance, but they didn’t tell me about this. Uncomfortable beds. Very basic room.

Right in the middle of the action. We had the corner room so it was a nice long terrace

130 per night you would think the safe would be free.. No radio channels on the tv. Why hotels have 2 beds when the majority of the guests are couples

Location is excellent, not far from the beach, on the main street with shops and bars. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Main communal areas were well kept. Good choice of food in restaurant. Pool area was small but well maintained

Rooms are very run down and dated. Only stayed for 2 nights so was fine. Couldn't have done a week.

The receptionist Ismael wonderful and profesional. Thanks to him we obtained the room on 5-th floor room 518 we did not like the 2-th floor was noisy..to many kids and we want to have quiet place. And he did all to make us comfortable and happy.

Is not a big loss..we have been disappointed ..a big thermos from UK special one was stolen by the stuff they clean the room. We put the anounce to not disturb..but they enter any way. Even we give the tips becose we are nice and considerating is a great gesture to give..the staff they spoiled finally with a bad note the hotel.

Look old - the coach from the airport I paid with the hotel was filthy so disappointed on that

The fact there was no room for me when I arrives, but they found me one. In was well situated and staff were lovely

the room. the bed, how much you could hear from others. it was like I had many ppl in my room. everything was breaking down. i had to change 3 times for room. the last did smell so badly it was horrible

Did not stay at the property.

I did not get to stay here because the WiFi was not working, I chose to rebook at a different property and had to chase a cancellation and refund through booking.com. The property alone would not transfer me to a similarly priced hotel within the same chain nor cancel the booking. The three staff members on duty were very rude and I recommend not to stay here.

Please note the Summer Sun is CLOSED and we were transferred to to Royal Sun Suites across the road - this review is for the RSS! Great staff, always a friendly smile and very helpful. Food - The All-inclusive is all buffet and good value. Breakfast is standard, the choice is the same each day. Lunchtime you get a good variety, including veggie options. The dinner menu is great, the dishes change each night and lots of fish choices, curry, pasta, etc The hotel is located just up the street from the beach, a nice 5 minute stroll. The rooms are clean and large - ours had a separate living room with a fridge freezer and a balcony to fit 4-6 people easily.You can use the all-inclusive facilities of the other 4* HTOPS, the ‘Royal Sun’ is the nearest of these (200meters away) and directly on the beach

There is a ‘disco’ across the road from the hotel, which blasts music out from 9 til midnight every single night. I don’t have sensitive hearing but the music is really loud and there’s no chance of sleeping if your balcony overlooks the courtyard facing it. Absolutely not the hotels fault but I heard a few others commenting on how bad/loud it was. Luckily the musical experience ends at midnight and the area is quiet afterwards but if your an early bird invest in some earplugs beforehand! One final note - the beach itself is separated from the main strip by train tracks. To get over to it you need to use one of the pedestrian subways (with steps unless you brave the road) - this might be something to consider if less mobile. My stepdad paid €8 for a minibus taxi back from the beach
