Food options were plentiful, the quality was okay, and actually good for the price we paid.

The shower was full of calcium buildup and not really clean, the toilet paper did not have a holder, it was just placed on the table in front of the toilet.

Everything was perfect! Breakfast and dinner always amazing , the pool also and staff!

The room was spotless and met all my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Every detail was well-maintained, which made for a very relaxing stay.The meals were another highlight of my visit. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food was top-notch, and I could tell that a lot of care went into the preparation.Overall, my stay at Papi exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service, excellent food, and clean, comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Location and price

No bed sheet and very loud elevator

Good location not far from train station and close to other towns within walking distance. Breakfast and dinner had a good selection of food to suit everyone. Superior room was odd with 2 King size beds pushed close together. Great shower!

Food was good plenty to choose from

Room was on the side of hotel ok having a sea view 300yards away this side of the hotel over looks bars /wich gets very noisy until 3-30 early hours of the morning plus the bin men emptying bins at 4.30in the morning your not getting sleep until 5/6in the morning should have sound proof glass to stop the noise room344

Good food and comfy rooms, people who work in this place make the hotel exceptional, incredible friendly atmosphere. Personel helped to solve all the issues we had the best way and with empathy.

WiFi connection could be faster and more stable

The food was fine. The location is near the beach. Staff is friendly.

The smell from the bathroom was strong when the doors were open. The hotel is on a busy street - there was noise from the restaurants on the street till 2- 3am each day. In the morning there was early rubbish collection and street cleaning from 5 am.

Bad

The cost was different when we got to hotel compared to price booking . Com did by £100+. The staff were so rude and unwelcoming there was not one that wasn’t rude I’ve travelled all around Spain and this hotel was the worst atmosphere ever. The rooms stink if the air con was on the rooms are tiny the modern ones are nice but one family member had an older one and was disgusting. Worst holiday ever

The food was awful, the room was poor, tv didn’t work, shower was awful, noise outside at early hours I know that’s not your fault though, and you don’t provide an all inclusive service which I don’t understand

Location is good. The best if you get a room facing the seaside otherwise your view is your neighbours. Easy checkin. Crepes were really good.

The hotel is proud they've been operating since the 60s and the rooms are like from the 60s to be honest. No signs for 'Do not disturb", "Clean the room". AC filter hasn't been cleaned. Smelly sewage. Room doesn't have any cups/teapot. There were a lot of mosquitos so it'd be nice if the room came with some anti mosquitos thing. Neighbours were smiking at the balconies so you could hear the smell.Breakfast buffet almost have no options for those with food allergies or vegans.

Staff was polite and helpful. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was very nice with a big selection of foods. Entertainment events every night.

Beds and pillows in the rooms were quite uncomfortable. No hair dry in the room and no mini fridge included.

Good location, ok rooms, pretty basic. Solid value for money.

We reserved parking 10 days in advance but when we arrived it was full so we needed to park 400 meters away. Sound isolation was very bad and a big group of teenagers was very loud so we could not sleep until past midnight

Nice and clean rooms with balcony, reasonable priced, close to the beach and touring ferry, close access to bus service from malgrat to barcelona airport. Very happy with my stay in papi hotel.

Good dinners and breakfast was same all week. Clean pool.

We booked room with one big size bed for couples and they gave us two beds that are joined together(picture down) I need to improvise so that the beds wouldn’t move. In the bathroom they gave us only towels and little bit of soap for hand. There’s no shampoo or soap for showering. Also, all week there was a din from the nearby pubs. the air conditioner in the room is not working properly, it works like a fan and does not cool at all. You need to pay deposit for hair dryer or iron or beach towels (20euros). I wouldn’t come back here. Never.

I love the location and the pool area, the hotel is very clean.

If you want to feel discriminated then stay at this hotel. 75% of the staffs are rude and racial, they will fat shame you and if you are black trust me you will know! the beds are so hard and very uncomfortable. The bed sheets needs changing completely too many stains on them.
