I moved to this hotel after a poor experience with another. They were accommodating, friendly, happy and gve good customer service. very professional.

The evening needed to be a little bit more lively, more music, it was a bit dated at times. The sauna should have been included in the price and the pool was a little too cold. However was very good staff and good overall stay with lots of little treats. The only hotel that had lights during a whole country blackout. and they still dealt with people with a smile.

Never felt more welcome in a hotel, everyone is super nice and we had everything we needed. Food was delitious and view from room was amazing. I will definitely visit again !

The room was so clean, big and with beautiful view to the see.The dinner was rich and varied. There was meat, fish, spaghetti. It was delicious.

The water in the swimming pools was cold.There aren’t many fruits on the buffet. Water was extra during dinner

Staff were so welcoming and helpful . Rooftop sun lounging area so relaxing. Fun staff dancing at Reception and evening entertainment cutely inclusive of all ages. Food standard excellent, brilliant variety . Restaurant staff exceptional ?

Extra helpfull personnel. Location almost at the coastline was very convienient. Beautifull viewes from the balcony. Delicious food at lunches and dinners, including plenty of fish, seefood, fruits and cakes...

Only some noisy turists at nights can be heard through the open windows from the street.

Staff was very helpful, especially in the restaurant I had very good experince. Also front desk was good but I think you need to have more people at the front desk because of the hotel capacity. Also they upgraded my room free of charge and it was amazing.

Wifi was so bad, I had difficulties during connection, because connection cut several times without any reason.

We were lucky enough to get a corner room with a large balcony and both sea and mountain views.Food to suit all tastes with a great selection at breakfast and dinner buffets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Amazing hotel, staff very friendly! The buffet had a good choice of food/ diff variety’s every night. The rooftop pool was amazing and the views were beautiful, we went on the 01/10/23 and it wasn’t busy by the pool we always got a sunbed! U can’t hear the trains at all at night which is a bonus. The location was a great, right next to restaurants, bars and only 10 min walk from train station. I stayed here with my boyfriend I’m (22yrs old) and we had an amazing time would 100% go again. The staff also gave us some sweets and a little card when we left which was very cute. This hotel is 100% great value for money, for what you get it’s an absolute bargain! Would 100% recommend ! Also the frog bar a few doors down is a amazing to!

All staff was very helpful. There was an "altercation" in the breakfast room that I put down to the laguage barrier. Due to this we had a couple of free dinners, this was a bit off a surprise. A surprise that made us very happy and pleased. The staff at the front desk also needs to be given a big thumbs up for beeing very helpful.

Clean room, variety of food, location.We got a bottle of champagne from the hotel on our last day, which was a really nice gesture.One of the receptionist a young man,was extremely helpful, unfortunately cannot recall his name.

Might entertainments at the evenings could be little bit better.

The Hotel is centrally located with a walking distance between two train stations (Santa Susanna and Malgrat de Mar). Also, the bus pickup to and fro to the airport is right in front of the hotel which makes it very convenient with large bags. The hotel has rooms that are clean and spacious and the sheets and towels are changed every day. The staff is super awesome especially Martha (at reception) and Lola (at the restaurant). Both of them went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Although the hotel has entertainment every evening, the standouts were the Flamenco Dancing Night and the Magic Show. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of wine a day before we left.

The quiz program and the Zumba evening which were cancelled at the last minute.

Good airconditioning, good wifi, spacious room and balcony, decent food

Soundproofing was horrible (both the outside, the neighbors and hallway noises were very clearly audible from within the room all night long), room doors don't have soft close so it is very loud whenever someone closes his/her door, bathroom was not separated from the room (no door), swimming pool looked much nicer in the pictures, animation was really loud, restaurant was very noisy and busy

Great beds and breakfast.Shower, amazing water pressure.Fantastiskt beach cross the road.The train tracks are right outside the hotel, but it didn't bothered us at all. Easy access to trains station that takes you to the airport and Barcelona. Return ticket to Barcelona 11 euro . Do you whant to travel around the costline and see more cities is it not great options north.The train takes you in land after a couple of stops. It much better south.

The room had spots of dirt on walls when we arrived, but cleaning staff fixt it right away.It's a 4 star hotel. Should have higher standard on things.
