    Pros +

    • clean convenient friendly
    • Proximity to train station, quiet, very clean. Excellent, informed and helpful staff.
    • Staff are friendly, and breakfast hours are generous. The hotel is very close to Le Guichet RER station which is great for travelling from the airport directly to the hotel.

    Cons -

    • internet pokey
    • Breakfast was hugely overpriced. The room was slightly cold. The chair at the desk was very uncomfortable. I was here for work and needed to get lots done in the evening, and ended up numb by the time I needed to go to bed. I'm not a fan of the memory foam mattress. Despite the room being too cold, the mattress felt very hot. There were no sockets anywhere near the bed, so I had to leave my phone on the floor near the door for charging, which is not ideal. The shower water pressure is very very low, and the temperature setting takes forever. It's also incredibly badly designed, with it being almost impossible not to knock the mixer tap whilst showering.
    • The previous guest left a used band-aid in the shower and I found it, so it was kinda gross. They change pillows between nights (good!) but the second pillow they gave me was way too stiff.

Nice place to stay in Orsay ville. Close to RER B stop Le Guichet. Silent area .. very nice.

Very nice room, the staff is kind and available. English knowledge is very good, so I had no problem interacting with the staff even without knowing french. Very comfortable bed.

The previous guest left a used band-aid in the shower and I found it, so it was kinda gross. They change pillows between nights (good!) but the second pillow they gave me was way too stiff.

Friendly staff. Close to the station LeGuichet. Quiet. Comfy bed. Enough space.

To improve various things. No plugs next to bed. One plug next to the office table but the kettle had to be put on the floor as the cord was too short. Lighting in the bathroom is minimal, rather dark. Towels are too small, couldn't warp more than 3/4 of me and thin. No rack for the suitcase.

ok but unlikely to stay again.

Staff could not program our room key - It took 3 took to get our door working.Water leak from windows after rainNo food optiond=s in house - only food delivered from external restaurants

I liked the location near where I had to work, and the availability of the staff at late night when I arrived. The mattress was comfortable and the shower ok.

The pillows were not good, the hotel is expensive, however is the cheapest from the area. I would like to be able to check out at any time of the day. 24h.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the breakfast was simple but very good.

Great location, convenient for railway station

Rooms were small as were showers. A little basic

    Location.24h reception.

Poor, below minimal acceptance. No bread, bad coffee, orange juice sirup, etc.No hook to fix shower head.No power outlet near the bed.

    Peaceful, clean, comfortable

    Breakfast a bit limited

    7YidePosted on: 3-16-2024

Cleaning service is the best. Hotel will get cleaned every day.

The room is small and shower water flowing slowly.

    8BrunoPosted on: 2-27-2024

Very easy to get to the hotel: it is at walking distance (<300 m) from the suburb train station "Le Guichet".Room & Breakfast are standard "OK". Looks like the hotel has recently been refurbished.

Great location to visit University Paris Saclay. Short walk from the train station. Close to some fine restaurants, supermarket and patisserie. Quiet and silent nights (even if on the meeting point of two roads). Facilities in the room/bathroom and space were plenty for a short stay of a few days.

Wifi was really poor at my room. Mobile (next to the entrance door) could hardly connect and PC just did not managed to connect. Breakfast quality overall on the weak side (fruits, bread, cheese only few choices), not sure it is worth the price. Next time I would skip it.

    8SergeyPosted on: 1-14-2024

The hotel is close to the train station and at a walking distance from Paris Saclay University campus. The room is clean and has proper heating, it was warm inside. The breakfast is somewhat basic but sufficient. There is no kettle in the room but the staff permits to take hot water in the lobby for free at any time, so that's ok.

The WiFi was slow on my first day there (maybe that depends on the room), and did not work at all in the whole hotel for two remaining days.

    2CloéPosted on: 10-24-2023

The staff was really nice. Otherwise I would have rated 1/10

The room was a catastrophe. They say the hotel has been restored... Well they forgot the 4th floor.Every small item in the room was broken (small bed shelf, toilet paper holder, shower pipe holder, tower holder, the wall electric socket, the toilet seat would break every time you sit on the toilets...). When I arrived one of the towel had suspect brown residus. Then they changed it and it was ok.One of the red pillow on the bed also had suspect white traces. The bathroom is small but that is ok, it's not a 5 stars hotel so I was not expecting more, but every corner in the bathroom, every join was full of rusty deposits. I probably forget stuff.I paid almost 100 euros the night, it's really a shame to make people pay for that.In my sense, they should close the rooms that are in this condition and renovate them (I had collegues in other rooms that were in the same condition, so I know mine was not an exception).

    10KonstantinosPosted on: 10-7-2023

bed was perfect, balcony door easily accessible for fresh air, toilet super clean and all the shower gels were full and untouched.

    everything was perfect as expected.

    8JamesPosted on: 10-6-2023

The room was comfortable and quiet.. Breakfast very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Close to RER Le Guichet station and Orsay Ville, University Saclay and IJCLab all within easy walking distance.

Bathroom slightly outdated and there were a few insects around. Some coffee and tea making facility in the room would have been appreciated.

The hotel has very kind and helpful staff, they really try to make your stay comfortable and are very responsive to any questions/needs/ect.

The hotel isn't really designed for comfort: the rooms are tiny, there is no space to put your luggage (I had to keep it on my bed during the day, and on the floor during the night), walls are thin and you can hear everything that is happening across the hall . The breakfast is very basic so the price of 12 euros is too much to ask. The hotel shouldn't really call itself a 3-star facility, a more accurate rating would probably be a 2-star.
