Lovely and friendly lady at reception, her smile was so good to see after a long day's drive.EV chargers very handy.Comfortable bed with good linen.All we needed for a stop over on a long road trip.

The room was spacious and clean

The TV did not work, there was no fridge in the room which we found odd. The location is in the middle of nowhere in an industrial zone (but close to the venue of the wedding we attended)

Despite the fact that we explicitly asked whether breakfast was included and despite the fact that is was explicitly confirmed that it was included, we still had to pay for breakfast while checking out!

The fact that it was close to our office

The hotel was not clean. My room was not cleaned properly, I put a tea bag in my kettle to see whether they would see and clean it and it was not cleaned. Toilet I had to clean myself. Towels still damp, restaurant a disaster, the food very little choice and horrible, the chef cannot cook steak, I had a jaw ache for two days after eating brochette and entrecote, the bread in bread basket was cold, butter frozen and on the top of this they are charging high prices for services that do not exist. I stayed in this hotel because it is close to our office but never again. What a disappointment ?

The room and common areas were clean. The Reception staff was kind and professional.It has a restaurant and they sell drinks and snacks, which is handy.

I was expecting more from the breakfast but it wasn't bad, however for what it cost a night in this hotel I feel like there should be more options.

There was no body cream or conditioner.Breakfast was very basic.No iron board or iron at room needed to request one

Clean and comfortable

The rose wine was not on the winelist, 2 small glasses for 16 Euro is quite expensive

Our bed was good, and a separate room off it for our son was a plus, although nobody had opened the sofa bed up and it took us five minutes to work out how to do it. Also no extra towels for him — we had to ask.

The hotel was busy and noisy downstairs, and service was rather offhand. The restaurant still had stuff from breakfast which hadn't been cleared away. At dinner, the pepper sauce was bad, the waiter said he would mention it to the chef, nothing happened. The ceasar salad was bland, the pumpkin and fig salad was bland, the steak was fair. The wine (house red, €30 a bottle) was pretty bad. At breakfast there was no bacon left, the scrambled eggs were horrible, the coffee was undrinkable.

We had to move room at 10pm because of power cut and got no compensation

The evening meal was not good at all and one of the restaurant staff was just plain rude and made us feel very uncomfortable indeed with aggressive nature

It was convenient for the journey home and there was a pool which our children enjoyed

The room smelled of smoke which was pretty unpleasant to sleep in with two children. We complained to reception but there were no alternatives and nothing was offered by way of discount. The restaurant was also closed which was a shame, but the staff did suggest a good local option.

Friendly staff, tasty food, clean room, very good AC and comfy bed. Overall experience was excellent.

The staff were great. Room was very comfortable. Plenty of parking on site.

Hot Breakfast was limited to scrambled eggs sausage and an empty tray which had been put out early morning and were quite dry. Asked for fried egg and they said not available. It was over priced, 18 euros for what was essentially a continental breakfast, we only had it for the first day. We decided not to have breakfast for the remainder of our 5 day stay.
