Pros +
- Extremely good value for money. Good breakfast included. Great staff. The room is small but very cleverly designed to include everything thing you expect in a Japanese hotel.
- The hotel was on the main road, so it was very easy to find. The parking situation was crazy! A good crazy, it's one of those where you park your car, and then it's lifted into its slot. Good shops in the back streets too! The breakfast was phenomenal!!
- Clean inexpensive functional
Cons -
- The location. Across from a bus parking lot. Probably good for traveling by bus. But Kitami is a convenient location on the way, not in itself attractive.
- The bed was ROCK HARD.
- 4PM check in....but...if you paid an extra $15 to become a "Member" you could check in at 3pm. Our room was available but we had to wait an hour in the lobby because we did not want to pay the ransom. THAT is BS.

This hotel was terrific for such a budget price, including breakfast. Easy, easy walk from the station, easy walk to lots of restaurants too. Smallish room but had everything we needed, clean & comfortable.Staff were very nice too.
