Healthy breakfast, free parking, comfortable bed.
Location, breakfast, dining room with microwave and coffee for use, so you can buy packed/cooked food from next door grocery for simple dinner.
Unable to prepare packed breakfast if you want to check out early morning.
Great location, really helpful staff and clean and comfy room.
Absolutely nothing!
Overall the room are worth the price. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
The room got a smelly smell after turn on the air conditional, but not sure the smell are from the aircond or the bed, because its smell like kids pee, the hot and cold water sometime too cool and sometime too hot,
Very nice staff, ok breakfast and perfect location next to train station as well as many bars and restaurants
Room a little dusty
Great location in the centre of Kitami old town. Easy walk to lots of restaurants.Small clean basic room but to be expected for budget hotel. Don't assume you'll have space to keep your suitcases laid open! Comfy bed, my other half needed an extra pillow which reception kindly supplied. Fridge in room and easy to control a/c. Super stopover hotel. Didn't stop for breakfast tho.Free easy parking.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.Perfect sleep on a perfect bed.Well thought out lights.
I reserved two rooms and they arranged two rooms next to each other. Easy Parking.
rooms are smallbreakfast offers more choices would be even better
The hotel is located very near to the train station. A department store is just diagonally opposite the hotel.
The room size is relatively smaller for a budget hotel in Japan. The bathroom is smaller still. The breakfast spread is limited.
Good location right outside JR station, offers complimentary parking also. Breakfast is excellent! Service is very good.
Location, facilities and the bed
All was good
room is clean
location is just average as not many restaurants around. The hotel signboard is too small. It took quite a while to find the hotel.
Rooms well fitted out. Service was competent, courteous and helpful
It was 5 degrees and the hotel only had cooling available. We froze! The hotel provided blankets but that wasn’t enough given the prevailing weather.
Location and real affordable
Only have small size room
The breakfast was quite ok, the free parking just outside the hotel is very convenient. The location right next to the city center was great to go out dining.
Great location as a pit stop. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was included with Western and Japanese options available.
Homey staff good breakfast free parking
Everything is cool
Very comfortable hotel in a super location with great free car parking. The breakfast was also exceptional.
Nothing. Everything was fantastic
