B&B HOTEL Hannover-Laatzen

Small but clean room, proffessional staff. Perfect for one night on my way to the Hannover trade fair.

It was great to have free parking on site and the guy on reception was very helpful and advising of all the restaurants in the area. He was very pleasant and friendly and an asset to the company.

Only a very slight dislike was that as we were on the ground floor close to reception guests were sat outside talking and smoking till quite late so we couldn't have the window open. It certainly didn't spoil our stay.

The room was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel has no elevator and the rooms are very small with no space to open a suitcase.

Arrival via a check-in terminal where we received our code for the room. There is currently some construction work as the hotel is being renovated, but we were not bothered by it. The room was brand new and equipped with a good bathroom and bed. Wifi worked excellently. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

Lady in The reception in The morning was not very Nice. The aircondition didn’t work properly and there was to much noice from trafic to have the window open. The aircon really needs to be fixed.

Ibis budget Hannover is very good for the price it was really comfortable and clean, free WiFi, air-conditioning, car parking and close to the motorway. Family of 6 for £106.

Air-conditioning works but is not the most effective.

Nearly all was good. The beds, the staff, the WiFi.

The showers have a see through window - why would you.The breakfast is not worth €11. Very little choice.

The small single bed on top of the doble bed was awful. It is a dangerous ideal. One of my boys sometimes make sound like Songs when he sleeps, so I have to wake him up and position him again. And the only night he slept on the upper bed, that night I hit my head on that single bed more than 4 times. Till today, I still feel the pains...I woke up several times and everytime I hit my head.

Budget friendly, and well suited as a stopover hotel.

No elevator for a 3 or 4 floor hotel. The room is too small for 2 or 3 people.

unfortunately, no hairdryer and no fridge. industrial area so not really a nice view but at the end of the day, all i needed was a bed and a roof over my head - enough for an overnight stay

It was my first time to stay at Ibis Budget. At around 12pm, the receptionist was there doing cleaning, walking right in front of me, but the glass door was locked. I was aware of the check in time and just wanted to keep my luggage there but she ignored me when I called her. WT......

The service, it gives that kind of take it or leave it attitude..

Expecting a budget hotel, you get exactly the latter, no more no less!Have been there for an exhibition and stayed with colleagues for a little week.Overall ok. Parking easy even for vans.

Beds honestly to be improved, breakfast as well.Little bit noisy place. Price vs quality , a bit high but Exhibition period so all Hanover and around Messe go crazy!

Good budget hotel with open air parking suitable for my van. Easy after hours check in at the machine in the entrance. Basic clean room, perfect for a few hours sleep.

Very basic. No lift so we had to carry our gear up stairs.

Be careful with breakfast pricing for the children. booking.com doesnt care about your concern.

Just perfect as a business economic self access no reception required

Short and sweet could do with updating youre TVs to smart TVs so families can access Netflix etc

The lady on the desk was rather rude at first. Then eventually decided not to be rude.

The hotel is well located and has parking facilities so is ideal for us to use on our way to and from UK to Poland. The staff is manned by friendly staff who are fairly fluent in English. The rooms are clean and needs are comfortable with toilet, shower, towels and toiletries provided. .

Air-conditioning was not working well this year and should be fixed. It was much better last year.
