Very quiet and easy to find . The staff at departure was very friendly and helpful. .had fridge and microwave oven.

The check in counter had very explicit phonograph picture displayed. Happy for not having my granddaughter with us. On soap in the dispenser. Refrigerator had empty beer bottles left in it. Hot water took a long time to get there. 2-3 minutes.

breakfast was quite good but the bed was uncomfortable since from one side it was going down.Also the heating was not very good

the central heating needs to be renovated and a dinner buffet would be reccomended

I arrived at the hotel around 23:00 and the heating system of my room 401 was out of order. I paid 160€ for a hotel room which is very cold, and outside the temperature was below zero, this doesn't happen in any civilized country! The lady at the reception desk told me that there was a problem with the A/C system. I asked her if there was a portable radiator available and I got a negative answer. I am wondering why they accepted my reservation! The next morning there was no hot water in the bathroom, although the previous evening there was hot water.I request a total refund of the amount I paid, otherwise I will try to protect my consumer rights in any way I can (contacting consumer associations, my lawyer etc).

The facilities are somewhat outdated, and the area becomes quiet with little activity in the evenings.

The problem was , that when I arrived the evening before, I asked what time breakfast was until, I was told 11.00am, so I planned go go for breakfast around 10.30am, but between 7.00am and 9.00am , House keeping kept knocking on my door to clean the room, clearly I was still sleeping and using the room, because I hadn't checked out. This interrupted my sleep.I later went down for breakfast at 10.30am and I was directed to the breakfast area by the receptionist, and proceeded to take some food, when then a angry man , who did did not introduce himself t me, and as I remember he was actually sitting at a table eating his breakfast, instructed me to leave that breakfast had finished, at the same time I was on the phone speaking to a clients lawyer in Spain, who was also surprised by the mans tone!, I continued to select what was left as a poor choice of food for breakfast when a Lady in a red suit, came to me and informed me that breakfast was finished and kindly remove myself, all this time the angry man was continuing the shout insults at me, I explained to her that her night receptionist, who took my booking and payment, informed me that Breakfast was until 11.00am, This lady refused to believe me and asked me to leave, so I asked for my invoice, which they couldn't produce, another man assisted the nice friendly receptionist to make my invoice which took 20mins to produce, then I left.The attitude of both the angry man and lady in red suit, who claimed to be the manager was totally unacceptable towards a paying client, maybe because of the two individuals that is why the hotel is not busy, I stay in 3 different hotels every week because of my business, and will not be staying here again or recommending my employees or business partners to stay here, I write reviews of hotels and this experience will go on the list of the worst hotel stay ever.

Hotel was nice and clean.. we arrived quite late but lady working at the reception was just perfect and very helpfull.

The location. That is it.

The whole building and area is poorly maintained. I asked for the room to be clean but it wasn't. We did that ourselves as we knew they were sold out. The price you get in booking.com is NOT what you pay when you get there. When checking in I was told that I could not pay via the booking.com app, but had to pay by card there. So I did, but when I checked, I saw this was more than what I booked it at. I was told it was 5% City Tax but the amount was 16% higher than what I booked it at. I feel a bit cheated in the process as booking.com was completely ignored and I should have checked the amount when she held out the terminal. I don't mind paying the tax, but then be honest about it. And make sure I get the price that was agreed upon. The breakfast selection and quality was really poor. In general I cannot recommend, and would never come back. The value is low and I don't trust that I pay the agreed price or they would be honest about taxes etc. Beds were so soft that we put them on the floor, but they had clean sheets, so that's a win.

No water in the room, no minibar. The hotel has potential, but it looks like a hotel in a forgotten town where the management is struggling to save costs by cutting service and monetize everything.

No kettle, tea/coffee or water in the room.

Very loud (the building vibrated with strong wind and there was a noise like vibrating glass, we could hear neighbours walk. We could even smell the neighbours perfume). Also BLACK MOLD in the bathroom and not just a little. The whole shower wall was covered in it. Parking charges despite disability parking card. When we asked about free parking in the area upon checkin we were falsely informed there was none. We were happy to check out a day early. Staff upon checkout was incredibly friendly though!!!

The location was great as we were exhibiting at Eurotier and it was walking distance. The housekeeping was also really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

As we were there during Eurotier they increased the price of the night by 5 times the regular price. It was really expensive. The reception desk promised us several times to have our invoice ready as this is a work trip that needed to have an invoice number, be in English and not German and be signed and stamped and it took us 3 days with 4 different people to finally get it done the correct way. It was really disappointing. The hotel room itself doesn’t have any amenities and not even a phone to ask anything of the reception desk.

I like free parking and location

Room heater is not enough to warm in room and it is running loudly and disturbing and two times I told it reseption guy and no solution!!!

The value is not worth the hotel facilities, at all.No restaurents around and the hotel doesnt have good restaurent inside.I am shring the photoes of the first night of arrival. This was the most expensive worst stay of mine ever

There was a person pushing a shopping trolley loaded up with what looked to be the remains of their life piled into it. I felt slightly unsafe in the locality. In the morning, when I was walking my dog back to the car to leave, there was a guy standing on the street corner with a large, aggressive dog that was basically harassing people. I was honestly glad to leave. Never again.
