No AC, pool is not even knee deep

It's fine we you are there for a short stay. It's new and clean and has a lot of things to do. Even small bunnies for kids to pet. The roof terrace was really nice in the summer too.

The pool on the roof terrace is oversold. It's only 30 cm deep, so not for swimming. Kids can play in but that is that.

Location was quite convenient to reach. Rooms were pretty compact but nicely equipped. Overall a lot of nice facilities offered like billiards, cinema (PS5) and Sauna / Whirlpool. The lobbies had a very pleasant fragnance with nice ambient music which kept the mood very pleasant.

"Swimming pool" was very misleading as this was just 25cm height so not really a pool at all as mentioned in the description. Whirlpool temperatures took hours before they could set and were only available post 16:00 which was also not communicated at all. Breakfast options were very basic and mostly pre-packaged options.

I liked the decor. It was also very clean and modern.

The lack of a room key or a card key took some getting used to. We felt the keyless entry was kind of a hassle.

The room is nice, clean, quiet and in a well maintained state. The bed was comfortable, and parking is for free and available.

One of the reasons selecting this hotel were the pictures of a nice breakfast. But apparently the hotel changed the breakfast style a few weeks ago: now you can take a few sandwiches out of a fridge, get some coffee and a few addition (egg, croissant, orange house) and walk 2 stairs up (or via elevator) into a eating room, most likely the former er breakfast room. That, absolutely unacceptable. Not only that I got something different than I ordered, but relatively, 14,90€ for that kind of breakfast ist a ripp of. Even more as the alternative, not taking a breakfast and eating in a cafe nearby, fails as there aren’t simply any cafes/bakeries nearby. On a business trip, not having the time for alternatives, it’s a problem. So all in all: the next time, I definitely select a different hotel.

The service and organization were very poor. I had confirmed beforehand that I could leave my luggage at the reception before my check in. But when we arrived at 1:00 PM, the hotel entrance was locked, and we couldn’t open it with the key app, so we had to wait outside with other guests for almost an hour. We called the contact telephone number of the hotel but it didn’t help. The respondent couldn’t reach the staff members. So we had to wait outside until we saw someone in the hotel who opened us. Entering into the hotel surprisingly we saw the staff sitting at their desk who said they hadn’t noticed us before. The staff also couldn’t help us further, they told us that maybe the key app would work later, so we had to leave unsure if we’d even get into the hotel that night. It was extremely frustrating to wait that long and still not knowing if we'd be able to get to our room.

Everything was perfect, there are rabbits living in the hotel! Lovely terrace , beach bar, pool room , cinema, shop at the ground floor!! The philosophy is Amazing!

The digital key sometimes didn’t work from the first time

During the reservation, there was no indication that there is a need to install and operate a specific mobile app in order to be able to get into the building and into the room. We waited outside for two hours and made multiple conversations until some solution fron a remote site managed to open for us the building door.

This is the BEST HOTEL I ever stayed (and I have seen A LOT of hotels)! It is modern and comfortable but the most important aspect of this hotel is that you feel at home! There are a lot of communal areas with great luxurious facilities where you can meet other guests INSTEAD OF STAFF. The staff was nearly invisible which made the hotel feel like home. You can eat and drink your food in the communal areas. There is a small shop where you can buy emergency stuff as well. WAUW! REALLY IMPRESSED by this hotel and its concept!!

The bed is rather small and its blankets are too short. The room sizes seem to be limited to two persons, so we cannot stay here with our children.

Convention location (about 20min walk to EuroTier), shops/restaurants nearby and nice breakfast.

Unfortunately sheets are all synthetic, you might as well be sleeping in plastic. Which is such a shame because everything else in nice, but they cheaped out on one of the most important parts, the bedding. Avoid unless you want to spend the night sweating and uncomfortable. Another issue is that if you book for multiple people, your phone can open other people's doors... And they do not tell you which specific room is yours. I ended up waking up my sleeping colleague by mistake!

So nice my family stay there with kids invoierment is so nice room are so clean and comfortable all facilities are there

Staff are also so nice cooperative even I booked a single room for my wife and 2 kids there ws one single bed but when I request to the staff they provide another bed for the same room every thing is great and fine
