I really liked the supportive staff helping us finish our grocery shopping first before check-in, as the stores outside was going to be closed in 10 mins and would be closed for the next 2 days. The place was also a nice peaceful stay, close to the train and bus. And thanks for the free drinks. ?

Very nice friendly check in person that explained everything in detail and suggested restaurants in the area. The amenities were an unaxpected but very plesant surprise

The hotel was sufficient and the price was reasonable. It was the staff that sets this place apart, and by staff I mean Max. He was there to greet us when we arrived and was there every time we needed anything, day or night. He went above and beyond and his demeanor and professionalism is A+.

Mildew in the room, missing curtains. After a complaint, the room was changed without any problems. But offering a room with mold on the ceiling is below any standards.

Great location, a local shopping center with lots of small stores is directly across the street and access to public transportation is in easy walking distance. Little amenities like the grab to go sweets and water is also great. Free drinks in the room is also great.

Hotel is getting dated and could use a renovation in places. Getting in the shower is really awkward and frankly dangerous. Very easy to slip and fall. One of our windows didn't close properly, since weather was good (no storm or rain) it wasn't an issue, but just another thing that needs some work.

Good location, spacious and quiet rooms, close to the S-Bahn. Good internet, a free minibar, and a delicious breakfast.

However, the floor in the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. There was an unpleasant smell in part of the breakfast area, which could benefit from more frequent ventilation.

Doesn't have a Terrassa to drink coffee in the morning. But I gladly recommend it.

Our son was staying here for several nights. We joined him for one night. The cleaned room was comfortable. We liked the location as it was very quiet and only about 15 min walk from the train station. There were a few bakeries nearby for breakfast. We had only one step, if I recall correctly, to enter the lobby. Since my husband uses a cane and a mobility device, we found this to be acceptable.

We arrived around 22:00. We had a little wait but got a room which, unfortunately, had not been cleaned. We had to wait a little longer to get a new room.

Good location for Messe . Modern spacious rooms . Sound proof doors .

Big TV . Poor Chanel selection for English speaker . Would be great if tv had Netflix. Need to catch up with the times

Modern hotel, quiet suburb of Munich. Train station was a ten minute walk. Cozy community with shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc.

Expensive breakfast not included, but must be reserved and paid for beforehand. After realizing I needed to cancel one of the breakfasts, I attempted to have the charge refunded. Pretty much impossible.

The breakfast was great with lots of options and good quality. The staff was accommodating and spoke excellent English. The overall area is quiet with available buses and a train stop just 10 minutes away (by walk).

When we arrived to check in, we were kind of scolded even though we came to check in during the time indicated by the establishment and weren't even the last ones to check in that night.We then learned that our credit card had been charged prior to our arrival without permission even though the conditions of the reservation on Booking were to pay *at* the hotel during our stay.We were then given a key to a room on the first floor. We opened the door, and the room wasn’t ready: unmade dirty bed, used towels, full bins etc. We went back to the reception, received another key to another room. We took the elevator which got stuck on the ground floor, and which we then never used again. The second key led us to a room also undone, with pizza boxes, trash, unmade bed, used towels etc. In total we received FOUR keys to FOUR different rooms that weren’t ready or cleaned. On the fifth try, we finally had a clean and prepared room to sleep in. I don't know what's happening on the hotel side but how is this okay? How does this even happen? By the time we had a proper room to sleep in, it was around 11:30pm I think. The poor lady at the reception had to do overtime until we had finally had a room to sleep in. Some other clients had issues with their room as well which she was trying to handle simultaneously. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well after all of this...Apparently, the employees don’t know which rooms are prepared for incoming guests to use and which rooms are still to be cleaned and prepared. I've never seen something like this in my life, its' so chaotic and unprofessional. Not even a "I'm sorry" for the trouble caused.On the positive side, the room was relatively clean and comfortable, even if it was somewhat old. Breakfast was good, plenty of options and decent quality. Clean, served with gloves. The employees were nice.Overall worst and most chaotic experience we had at a hotel yet. We didn't expect this.

The hotel bed was really comfortable and the location was great for us.

The female receptionist on duty during the evening was unhelpful, grumpy and extremely rude to us and other guests, quite possibly the worst hospitality employee I have ever encountered. The room was not cleaned at all nor the rubbish emptied at all during our 4 day stay. The hotel bar had very little stock.

Good price, ok location 700 meter walk from the trainstation. Simple clean rooms in good condition. Standard type no thrills breakfast.

Good sized and clean rooms. Great value for money in Munich specially at Oktoberfest time. I was worried about check in process after reading all reviews but we didn’t face any problems and it went smoothly. Lot of cafes and restaurants just outside the hotel.

Few things if added to the room would make it great like an electric kettle to make tea , coffee , some cups etc. Also, pillows were too thin. Also, it’s a bit far from the city center but it’s understandable for the price.

Very clean and in a quiet location on the outskirts of Munich and close to the autobahn so it was way to find. It had its own parking spaces

Booked it to be close to Messe München for Adele concert and it was close enough
