ARRIVEL Hotel Kirchheim

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel itself was quiet and relaxing!

The bed was comfortable but quite small (I had two single beds in my room). The shower was powerful. The windows were large but provided good insulation and the heating worked well.

There was was very little soap/shower gel provided and the towels were quire worn. The reception in only staffed for a few hours in the morning. It is located in an industrial estate so walking anywhere can be tricky. Google maps also believe that there is lane that you can walk down (which would provide a shortcut out of the estate) but it's actually a field! Best way out with public transport is the 263 bus from the Klausnerring stop (despite what Google maps says) and then the S2 train from Feldkirchen. The breakfast was reasonably good but the assortment was not great and there were no pastries such croissants etc. Anyone can walk in and out of the front door 24 hours a day and the rooms don't have strong locks so that was a bit worrying. There is no safe in he room either.

Location was ok, it was clean, on line check in was great, no waiting at the reception. The keys were waiting, so all good. Very quiet, so if you need peace, great.

If you needed something, a bit tough. I was cold, because the heating was on low. Needed some time to solve it, because there is hardly ever anyone there. Or one person.... doing everything.

The room was big and comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. Breakfast was great, it had diverse selection of meals and we really enjoyed it.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Once we got to the hotel the communication becomes difficult. Reception only works in the morning and we had some questions in the afternoon which we sent using Booking message system but those were never answered. I guess communication with them is only possible in the morning.

Very nice hotel, clean and welcoming. Room was large, there was a minibar with a few commodities. Didn't talk to staff much but when I did they were nice and polite.

The hotel is quite far from the city center, about 20 minutes with S-Bahn, and then you still need to walk 15 mins or take another bus. Although I think it's quite convenient for people who need to be in the Messe area.

Nothing! I’m still yet to have a resolution from our complaint. Our room wasn’t clean (have photos, and dirty towels etc)Addressed matter with housekeeper who I said don’t enter room without us there however room was entered and things moved and missing.No curtains so light comes in.

Pretty much everything.Check in, no help from staff as no staff there. False advertisement with hours as says midnight however it’s actually 12pm, not am! Far away from everything.Room wasn’t clean upon arrival (have photos, dirty floor, half used soft drink bottles on couch, dirty towels, dirty cups, dirty fridge, broken windows, flooded bathroom, broken lights. Emailed right away; no reply or resolution.Spoke to housekeeping who said they will get GM to get in touch, I said to stay out of room until someone was in there, they had someone in our room and moved out things and something valuable has been taken. I’ve logged this with booking who also have yet to reply.

Longer than I think from the München Messe, But it Ok, in the END I get an very Good support & help to go there, from the man in the reception, so it was very Nice

Stylish room with some interior designer touches, high ceilings, comfortable beds, quiet area, friendly maids, easy to check in by code

It’s a small hotel so it’s not hard to get around everything. The room is pretty nice looking and the bed is pretty comfortable.

First, on the weekends the reception doesn’t work after 12 pm, so to get into your room you have a key safe that you put in your code and you get your key. We did what we had to and no key fell, so what we had to do is dig for it by ourselves. It took us more than half an hour to get our key. We contacted the number for help with the keys and reception but no one was answering. Second, the bathroom trash was full from before and not emptied out for us. There were also some hair in the shower from before. Last, on the check out the reception was working but we waited and no one came, so we just left the key there and left.

Clean, convenient location for onward travel and free parking.

Regular beds were fine, sofa was far too soft - not a good comfort.

We stayed for one night whilst travelling through on holiday. Check in was really easy and automated. The family room was great, having adjoining rooms meant there was enough space for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet industrial area, the lake nearby was good to walk around after a day driving.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people next door talking in the morning.

The hotel was clean and confortable

The only problem was a strong smell of cigarettes smoke all over except the room.

Large room, large enough shower, enough towels, hot water, enough space to store luggage. Even though the reception was not working, we got the room key quite easily. Spacious parking lot for free, monitored by cameras.

The beds were too soft for my taste, as were the pillows.

Disappointing

- Reception only in the morning- Only one room key available- Far from train station (more than 25 minutes on foot in a not safe way)

Nice and clean. Staff work hard to keep it clean. Great security technology.

Language issue due to late check in, but was resolved.

Location - industrial district. Breakfast could be better - very simple, but generally it’s ok.

We made the order quite late, however we quickly got all the information and the check-in instructions. Novitel is situated close to the highway and is easy be found.The night was quiet, beds comfortable. And in the morning we enjoyed a very good breakfast - wide selection of teas and variety of food so that everyone can choose the meal that best suits their tastes.
