Parador de Javea

Very clean, spacious, moddrn and quiet with a lovely sea view balcony. Close to the makn beach , shops and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the view was magnificent. The staff provided excellent assistance and were very helpful.

The hotel is really in a stunning location. Incredible waking up each day to such an impressive view. The bars, restaurants and shops are within immediate walking distance - this was important for me on a short visit. The breakfast and breakfast facilities were great; this ideal ahead of a long day of traveling and also during breakfast it was possible to sit on a terrace and observe a great view of the sea/beach. I did not have the opportunity to use the restaurant.

The air conditioning during my stay did not function. I appreciate that the staff attempted to remedy this. A fan was placed in my room as a substitute - which made the temperature manageable.

Couldn’t find parking at first

The staff are so friendly. Particularly the team who look after the restaurant at breakfast - very helpful and efficient. The location is great. Fabulous views from the balcony.

Air conditioning not working and when we asked about it we were just told ‘it’s not working’ with no reason / explanation! The shower was a problem. The water temperature was inconsistent and just when you thought you’d got it right it would go very hot or very cold. This happened whatever time of day we showered, not just when you would expect shower demand to be high.

Perfect location with beautiful views over the gardens to the sea from the balcony. Worth the extra cost for the views and sun. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and of a high quality. All the staff, be it reception, restaurant, bar or cleaners were polite and professional. This was our favourite hotel during the 3 months we’ve been away.

Comfortable bed. Good bed linen. Two good size singles. Clean. A safe. Toiletries, drinks in fridge. No coffee or tea. Nice balcony view. Two comfortable chairs, desk chair, balcony chairs. T.V. Excellent breakfast, great variety. Good dinner and well priced. Wonderful garden and views. Pleasant attentive staff. Would stay again.

The food at the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It would be nice to have some more comfortable sofa chairs in the bar area.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Reception staff impeccable and helpful. Breakfast had a huge choice.

Variable service from chamber maids. One was brilliant, one was less so. Noisy clients who slam their doors at midnight.

Lovely hotel by the beach. Good central location. Great breakfast.

Drinks in the hotel are very expensive

Lovely views, good location for exploring the area. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent staff on reception.

Weird atmosphere at breakfast. Except for the one female member of staff we were mostly ignored. Weren’t offered tea or coffee, or cooked meal. Had to ask for help several times.

Everything. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. the staff at reception were so friendly and helpful, as were the staff at breakfast. The bedroom was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a well stocked drinks minibar (not used), a very comfortable bed and a good size private bathroom with an impressive walk in shower. Watching the sunrise over the bay from our private balcony was just wonderful.The food at breakfast was excellent and taken in such a relaxed atmosphere, overlooking the garden and Arenal bay.We are certainly looking forward to our next stay at the Parador in Javea.Ps. thank you so much for the bubbly to celebrate Wendy's Birthday. A touch of class!

Incredible views from all of the rooms

The dinner bar food on arrival was low quality and over priced.

We’ve stayed here many times and it is always excellent. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Breakfast is very good with a wide variety of choices. Staff are shay’s friendly and helpful.

The room was very warm for February and we would have liked to have ac available. You can open the patio door to cool the room down.

It’s a great location. Breakfast was pretty good.

The guy working reception at night with glasses and beard was dam rude. Highly unimpressed by him. All other staff were great. Rooms are now dated and noise from other rooms not great.

This is a beautiful property where we have stayed many times. The location is perfect to walk to the port or the beach area. The view from the balcony is wonderful and so peaceful.Breakfast is excellent, staff are lovely and it is great to have safe parking.

We were very warm in our room (it was January but especially warm) and the air conditioning does not operate in the winter. We feel this is a real oversight. We had to have the balcony door open at night which made it very noisy. We feel the air conditioning should be operational all year for the customers comfort.We also feel all rooms should have a kettle provided.

Location location location plus staff are both friendly and helpful. Dining room is excellent and breakfast was as good both in content and presentation.You will have guessed it is my favourite hotel along the Mediterranean coast.

Unfortunately I would like to see more charging points for electronic devices but this is a minor concern.
