The spa was INCREDIBLE. I come back solely for that.

Beds were weird. You could feel and hear the plastic mattress protector under the bed sheets and the extra blanket smelled really musty. Rooms are smaller in person a you can hear your neighbours. CLEARLY EVERY WORD

Beautiful view, plenty of parking spaces, spacious apartment, very nice and well-kept plants and outdoor area, large selection of sweets at breakfast.

Water (shower and sink) was cold or only lukewarm on 5 days. The water is heated by solar panels, the supporting electrical system in case of cloudy skies is not sufficient. The hotel has described itself as eco-friendly in this context, but offered plastic cups at breakfast as well as salt, pepper, sugar etc. in small individual bags instead of shakers. The hotel is out of the way, nothing is within walking distance, no footpaths. Rooms are not very cozy. Dishes were not very clean. The restaurant was closed on our first days. Hot dishes at breakfast were not kept warm.

Limited tv channel options.Limited dinner menu options for children. Though, we were accommodated when asked for something specific.Wi-fi drops in and out but 4G good.

The location is gorgeous with a wonderful pool overlooking the water. The staff is incredible and they recommended a place to order pizza/calzone directly to the hotel and it was literally the best pizza/calzone we have ever had, and we are from NYC - so are used to excellent pizza. We ordered it both nights we were there. All in all a wonderful stay and I highly recommend.

La Blanca is a beautiful resort! Spacious, comfortable rooms with everything you need. The pool area is beautiful and the entire resort has a spectacular view of the ocean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. There was plenty of spaces to securely park our rental car.

Absolutely stunning views of the coastline. The place was clean and comfortable. The pool was also amazing. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to see and things to do.

Beautiful location with an amazing view of Castellammare del golfo. The swimming pool is awesome. The restaurant serves great food, the staff is super professional and very friendly.

Stunning resort!! Truly beautiful and located in a very quite area with amazing views. Very clean and they did our room every day and it was a pleasure to return to the smell of cleanliness. The staff were all so friendly and at the restaurant they also made us dishes which were not on the menu. They also gave us a packed breakfast as we departed very early in the morning.

The bed was a little too soft.

Wow very clean! Staff was sooooooo helpful! Got us a boat tour,gave list of restaurants to visit. Called places for us to find out info as we don’t speak Italian. The breakfast was fabulous! We saw food coming out looked good so tried dinner and it was also superb! The Irish/italian guy at restaurant was an awesome host! The view amazing,close to beach an castelmare de golfo city center and close to segesta. We really enjoy it at La Blanca.

Bed alittle hard

Everything - the location is incredible. Really easy to get around in this area. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the pool was excellent. We will be back for sure.

Gorgeous view looking out onto the waterfront and the mountains, nice balcony for the deluxe room, polite and helpful staff, pool is beautiful, coffees were excellent, peaceful and very clean (timely housekeeping).

The hot items for the breakfast buffet were somehow, cold every morning (they were in heating pans, but they had no water and didn't seem plugged in). I was told later that guests can custom order for something hot (but I did not see this happening and was not aware). I did note earlier that they should have made better use of the dish warmers that the food was kept in, an easy fix but not actually actioned.Also we did not have hot water for a couple of days (this may have had to do with the solar heating mechanism, I understand) - we did try in the a.m. and p.m. to avoid the busy periods.The normal sized room was quite small,tight, particularly the bathroom - but deluxe/triple room is very comfortable.Will need a vehicle to get around, as the location is high up on a hill...have to drive into the town (but the reason for the peace and excellent views).

Size of room and view. We stayed in Room 20. Availability of the spa a plus. Good breakfast. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

There were 2 rainy/cloudy days during our stay and due to the fact that they were on solar power to heat the water and didn't cut over to non-solar power, we had 2 days of VERY COLD showers. We felt this was unacceptable for a resort of this caliber.
