Very nice castel hotel. Room was very beutifull, clean, bathroom very nice with walk in shower. The staff very nice and friendly. Definitly I am coming back.

Loved the surrounds. Very spacious, comfortable and clean rooms.

The outside dining experience could be improved. Bedroom could have been equipped with a small/minibar fridge.

The room is a good size and the bathroom was modern. The grounds are lovely due to the golf course.

This hotel is a long way short of being the 4 star it is advertised as. The staff made no effort to communicate as they didn't speak English. Receptionist was unable to provide any details about anything due to the language barrier. There is no tour guide desk as indicated on Booking.com. The room did not have tea or coffee making facilities, a bar fridge, safe air-conditioning or ceiling fan. The bath towels were the size of a tea towel and the hotel was very noisy late into the night due to golf and rotary patrons. This hotel could be fabulous but needs alot of love. The carpets, rugs and furniture are very tired.

In the morning, I went for breakfast at 6:40 (restaurant is open for breakfast from 6:30, and the previous morning it was open on time) and the restaurant was closed (locked door, no light). Total disrespect for the guests!

Food was excellent. Bathroom was perfect with nice underfloor heating. Nice quiet location that was easy for the SatNav to find.

Bedroom itself was a little spartan, ie no means to make a coffee or tea late at night for example. The cost was not huge though, so this can be forgiven.

Very comfortable, spacious rooms that were also very clean. Brand new, contemporary bathroom was a bonus. Good selection of food that was served for breakfast. Will deffinitely go back.

We had to leave the building to get to the restaurant where breakfast was served. As we stayed in winter when there was loads of snow it meant we had to get fully dressed to get there and it was a hassle with a 2 year old hungry child.

Old charm, quaint rooms, beautiful details. The room was very spacious, and bathroom modern. The surrounding gardens of the hotel were beautiful and quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was very hard and not the most comfortable.

Very quiet, lovely setting and very pretty in the main building where we stayed.The food was excellent, the breakfast varied and very good.

We booked half-board but the restaurant staff did not know what menu items or cost this included. We ended up spending more than we expected. Also, the table staff did not clean down the tables properly between guest.

Room was quite clean, but public areas were not so clean nor tidy. Quality of breakfast items was low.

Everything about this hotel. At the check in, staff jumped and sat his bottom on the main counter in order to "get the keys" from the door which was open (very unprofessional). The same person told me that breakfast is included, but when I was checking out, I found out that it was not included and even after I said that I was the only one having breakfast, they priced two people. The hotel was dirty, all the carpets are dirty, everything in that hotel is old, squeaky and there is a lack of lighting. The remote from the TV was broken and the major thing is that it was very very cold in the whore room and the bathroom. Definitely not coming back. Also, the omelet that they served for breakfast was smelling fish.

The welcome at reception very cold/missing, the girl had better to do than to say me "hello", she pushed me the room key, the WiFi code in my hand and showed me the direction where to go for the room.Minibar, Bathrobe and slippers where missing

Location and decorations

No fridge, no coffee , no breakfast , no houseshoes, and a very noisy old bed . For that price, it is very disappointing!The geese are very loud. Obviously the windows are not properly sealed.Inconvenient to get food, the restaurant doesn’t offer proper meal .
