- Cleanliness and condition of the room. The bathroom was well-fitted and immaculate. The soundproofing was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable.

- Corridor carpets were dirty; room carpet stained. Room had bad odor. Pillows were old. Bathroom had loose tiles missing grout, soap scum on shower glass, previous guest¿s body hair remained in shower. Upholstered chair was old and dust covered.
- There is no wardrobe with doors. Exposed hanging bar is acceptable for a quick, one-night stay.
