We were on the road to Colmar and needed to sleep. It was enough for our expectations but there were bugs on the ground in the morning.

Bugs and the beds were not comfy but enough for one night sleep.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable room

It’s really a good spot it’s near of everything you need. Restaurant, cafeteria, groceries.

It’s not really proper clean

Hot shower and parking.

Blinking Led lights that cant be turned off, annoying sounds of something being broken, smell, non existant heating

I wouldn't recommend this location, the price was very high for what was basically a camp.The smell from the shower was sickening ? the staff were unfriendly. The beds were uncomfortable,

Keep your expectations low and then lower them a bit more

The room I got was really run down - a hole in the wall in the toilet, the shower fosset detached while I was using it, incomplete power socket etc.

there was No Water in Toilet and bathroom and when we asked No reaponse from staff ( i couldnt even enter to toilet at night). i missed my phone's charger in the room and i cant get it back from hotel management. very bad customer services. the machines of coffe and drinks in the loopy was damaged. Not recomended at all of compare with price.

I mean I didn't find it easy to get to my room at the 3rd floor as I couldn't find the lift

good breakfast only thing i liked but after few days gets boring same food everyday

I disslike almost everything, dirty rooms, bad staff, rudness, not so comfortable beds, smelly toilets. no cleaning service, be ready to try to catch the cleaning woman to get some towels and beddings to change by your ownself. Price of night even for long term stays is with this no service and bad guest treatment not worth it. Better go another hotel!! No one here cares about any complaint and no compensations are made.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Sunday 3/11 we stayed in your hotel in room 217. We have some complaints about the staying.There was no light in the shower so we could not have a shower. We could not turn the heating of so it was too hot in the room to fall a sleep.

Nice place near big shops. McDonalds and Lidl across the street.

I liked Breakfast , room and stuff ... thank a lot for everything...

We booked this hotel, but we couldn't check in in the night because the check-in machine didn't work. On the some paper at the wall was a number to be called but nobody answered. Got somebody via emergency intercom, but he apologized that he could not help us and even wanted to listen to me till the end and broke the line. With a child of 8 years, we stayed in front of the door and later sleptin the car. Worst experience ever . No compensation for the inconvenience offered.

Nobody answers the phone or replies to emails and we could not get the pin access code for late check in. I tried to call 100 times during the week and nothing.

It has just about everything you need in the form of compact rooms.

If you are having heavy luggage with you, keep in mind that there are no elevators. Depending on where you get the room allotted, you might have to carry it by stairs for 2 stories.

I do not unterstand the bed ratings I read the reviews and was surprised because my experience was great stuff very friendly the old man at the reception was the best. Breakfast was great rooms very clean the room equipment was a bit old but it was still good the only thing ist that I was in the third floor and it was a bit hot but for the price I can recommend and by my next trip in Germany I will come again
