Liked the hotel alot and the staff were fabulous. Very comfortable beds and a fun restaurant attached to the hotel.

however it was described as being in Copenhagen and it was not! It was 25 minutes outside the city which was misleading.

Beautiful, stylish property with a luxury feel. Very quiet. The reception team were wonderful. I can highly recommend staying here.

Very nicely designed hotel in an attractive and quiet neighbourhood of Copenhagen. Comfortable beds and great choice of pillows. Lovely shower. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Location is out of the centre but transport links are superb. Hotel restaurants are very good though at the higher price end.

The room is small, in particular the bathroom which felt awkward and not that private from the actual bedroom. There wasn’t really any space for your bathroom toiletries or to put your clothes. Breakfast was nice but the menu choosing felt too complicated and we didn’t know how big the portions would be. A simplified, small breakfast menu would be best for a fixed price. This was accommodated but it wasn’t advertised. I think for a 5 night stay the room and bathroom just felt too small for two of us.

Excellent and attentive staff, new and clean with pleasing decorations. Plenty of amenities.

No privacy screening of windows in daytime. Small single duvets in a double bed. Very small room and bathroom.

Everything!! We got upgraded with the most beautiful room. Lovely pillows, bed linen, towels… all the best of the best!! And the breakfast was simply the icing on the cake!! We loved and will be back!!

I very much enjoyed my stay in Denmark and it is mostly due to the park lane hotel. Such a lovely place with great customer service from EVERY SINGLE MEMBER. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen

The interior design was nice. Scandinavian decors with B&O equipment were a nice touch. Bed and linens were comfy.

The location of this hotel is far away from everything. Taxi or public transport takes 40 minutes to the city centre.The gym is a joke. One treadmill + couple of dumbbells. There are no welcome amenities and the bottled water is charged. The welcome drink is a glass of lemonade lol.We had an odd experience during the check-in. We originally booked The August suite and during our check-in we were told they upgraded us to some Directors corner suite which was supposed to be better. So we ended up in a strange dark attic suite with the toilet glass door facing the bed. The electricity was not working in this suite so after some communication with the front desk we were given the room which we booked which was way better than the so-called upgrade.The whole experience with this hotel was not worth the price tag. There really wasn't any extra.

The hotel is exceptional. We stayed here on our wedding night and needed some extra space for my wife to get ready. The hotel arranged a larger room free of charge and even provided some bubbles on the house. Very good service and made our wedding prep much easier.

The photos of the room we booked didn't quite match what we got, but the staff were quick to accommodate our needs.

A beautiful retreat in the gorgeous suburb of Hellerup. Opened in January 25, it’s a stylish, clean and comfortable hotel that’s the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Copenhagen but avoid the crowds. Stylish, relaxing bar area with a view of the park. Good sized room with very comfortable beds, and small bathroom pod that is well designed. The Rose Rose bistro adjoins the hotel and is a good option if you want more informal dining.

It’s a 15 minute walk to the train station at a reasonable pace, so took longer than we thought to reach the city. However, the 2 train stops before Copenhagen Central are in the city and close to attractions so do your research before you go. Needed a mirror in the bedroom above the desk, so could be a dressing table as not ideal to dry your hair in a small bathroom pod.Extra hooks for the dressing gowns would be useful as the hooks in the bathroom are needed to hang towels.

I was upgraded to an executive suite with a lovely view down to the water. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and even helped me solve a difficult and urgent situation. The hotel is situated in a tranquil and wealthy suburb, next to a beautiful park.
