Gentofte Hotel

There are bus stands in front of and across the street from the hotel which made getting to various locations very convenient. The room was made every day and the hotel was clean. Although the room was pretty small, it met our needs well. The bed was comfortable.

I liked the eco aspect of everything, wonderful healthy and delicious choices for breakfast, lovely tv room and great atmosphere in the hotel. Very free to go as one pleases and lovely walks around the lake nearby.

The shower area tended to overflow, not a big problem but needed mopping, it is as if the grid can't get rid of the water quickly enough. Thankfully there is floor heating so it dries up fairly quickly afterwards

The bed was fabulous - very comfortable. New, clean pillows and bedding.

Perfect location with convenient parking. Very clean, spacious family room. Generous number of towels. There were at least 3 available electricity sockets. Breakfast was good, unusual variety of fruits for a Danish hotel, there was even passion fruit, although I personally was missing something warm like omelet or sausages.

The breakfast was quite decent! Was a bit disappointed in the bitter coffee. The selection was extensive and fresh. It was great to be able to park our car there and take the train into the city. A 5-7 minute walk to the station.

The coffee. All else was good. Great bread selection. good selection of cheeses and meats, veggies were ample but the fruit selection got thin sometimes, though the fruit was refilled fairly quickly. Appreciated fresh berries in the Fall!!

Location and parking were great. Friendly staff and very clean.

In the height of summer, it was very hot on the third level.

The location was good, with decent parking on premises 24 hour reception. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

The hotel seems to be a portal into the 70's. I don't remember the last time I had an actual key to the room door. Rooms were small. Breakfast was ok but with limited options (only hard boiled eggs as a warm option)

Staff alliere for very early check-in and helped to combine 2 separate Daily bookings into same room so no check-out/check-in and no roomchange was required.

Train station unstable and not working most of the day due to constructions and little expensive .

5 minutes walking distance from/to the train station. The personnel were extremely kind and helpful.

The hotel is a bit old, with minimal services typically found in hotels, and nothing above that.

Great location.

Room very small. Window with damaged opening locks and room was very hot in evening as you could only partly open the window.When room was booked no information about that the restuarant was closed due to vacation. Would certainly not have booked this hotel if we was aware of this. Hotel was serving breafast which was very minimal compared to the price after a quick view.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and the amenities in the room were nice.Location was good for us, and there was a close free parking place.

Family room is too small - no place to put clothes ( we were staying 3 person in a room and a newborn - literally no space (

Nice place, just out side the center, metro close by to the center, enough parking, a Michelin star restaurant if you want to eat, restaurant close by, good breakfast and nice people at the reception.
