Our whole family really loved our stay at the hotel, and we would love to come back again.Our child enjoyed the swimming pool, my husband loved all the sports activities, and I especially enjoyed the bowling and the beautiful room.It felt like we had stepped into a celebration — everything was truly magical.

There was an indoor tennis court available, but it was often fully booked, with long waiting times and very limited playing time.We would have loved to have more opportunities to enjoy playing tennis.

To be honest, the rating isn't fair. I finally went because it's been on my wish list for so long, but I was doubting whether to go because the rating wasn't that high. This place is completely worth it!The atmosphere of the accommodation is super nice—very sportive and energetic. It is super comfortable for families with kids of all ages; you can easily enjoy it with babies, toddlers, teens, or even just with adults. It's easy to keep yourself busy; you just walk and spot a nice activity to do. The layout of the place is very nice, and the decoration is very nice as well. The staff is friendly and polite, and willing to help when needed.The food is okay—nothing amazing, but good at least, with enough choices for everybody.

Food - it can always improve, the pizza was really not the best. Probably just good to add when you book that you may need to book already activities or dinner because it could be fully booked. Nothing else, in general the place was very nice and I dont have any other specific feedback.

A wide range of sports activities for young and old alike. Everything is well thought out for families.

This hotel is highly recommended, but the cleanliness does not match the quality of the place. There are always things lying around on the floor, whether in the restaurant or in the lobby. In the restaurants, the dishes are not cleared away and the floor is not cleaned. Sometimes the bowls and plates were not 100% clean (or not checked).It's a real shame because in a hotel like this, you don't expect such low standards of hygiene.

Excellent sports Hotel, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent and the room was huge with a king sized very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel. Bars and restaurants to choose from too.

It was great for the kids and family. We had a wonderful time there. They were even kind enough to ship me the jacket I left in the room!

The food at the à la carte restaurant was average. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat at the buffet because it was fully booked, which came as a surprise. We attempted to make a dinner reservation that morning, but it was not enough to secure a table.

The room has space enough for family, you have a lot of options to spend your time at hotel.

Breakfast wasn't tasty, with few options, far below par for a 4-star hotel. All the sports and activities options were packed with people. The pool was unsupervised, children were using the jacuzzi as a trampoline, and children were running in the hallways and kicking down room doors at night. Upon checkout, we were surprised to find that bowling wasn't included in the reservation price. It was an extra cost.

Excellent range of facilities, friendly staff and the good price. The swimming pool was great and the kids had an excellent stay.

Chips and croissants were a bit stale and it was a little annoying having to pay for parking when we are staying in the hotel.

HUP has great facilities (sport center, pool, sauna, free entrance to Monkey Town, etc.), nice parking place (large and car charging is available) and great breakfast. You can find lots of activities to do with your kid(s). The staff was always kind, friendly and very helpful.

We only tried the Bar menu for dinner and it was a bit limited.

Shower in our room was blocked. The hot water in the shower in the morning was not hot

Unique sports forward entertainment, kids love it

It’s not walking distance to anywhere but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Always wery good stay. Gym, jacuzzi, sauna, basketball, footbal, bowling.... What else need after whole day working?

Very nice hotel with a lot of facilities included in the rate. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

Cleaning of the rooms must be upgraded, the bath tube was extremely dirty, we had to call housekeeping and ask to clean it.

Pool, jacuzzi, sports activities, cinema hall, activities for kids, lunch, dinner, pool table, etc. were amazing. Time flew by as we were having a lot of fun being in the midst of a lot of action happening in HUP. A la carte was great, enjoyed the vegetarian options a lot.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Plus the floor above us was making a lot of noise late in the night. We could hear the footsteps from running around and screaming of the kids. There was no AC in the room to regulate the temperature. Breakfast was too basic.
