B&B HOTEL Lille Lezennes Grand Stade

The room was quite enough for a small family. The location was also good, and we can get a bus in a 4-minute walk for lille City. The ladies at the receptions were quite good and helpful.

1)Breakfast can be better , add few more things like boiled egg, deserts and salads.2) The room was not properly insulated, you can hear noise in the night and you will feel hot during summer. They must add a AC or a fan in the room.

Staff - lovely lady at breakfast. Breakfast was reasonably good and location was perfect for me.Modern refurbed bathroom with great shower.

The room was freezing and had a small electric heater hanging off the wall. No other heating, sat in my coat for the 1st hour. Room was less than basic, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. On arrival I had no code or info sent to me and the parking was closed up. Had to park outside, walk to the hotel, check in to get code and then go get car, at 9.30pm as single female its not nice. Not the best B&B Hotel

Location was perfect for the Olympic stadium and local restaurants. Breakfast was good and the hotel quiet.

Great value for money - all we needed to be close to the Olympics (basketball) and have a good night sleep. Many shops/grocery stores in the vicinity. Good stay overall, staff was very friendly.

No super fancy equipment or design of the rooms. Basic - but again good value for money.

On the whole it is somewhat value for money given what you are paying for. We were travelling to watch the 2024 Olympics at the Pierre Mauroy stadium and the location is quite close.

There was a long queue to enter the parking grounds when we arrived as the code system was quite finicky. Although perhaps it was due to the stress of the Olympics games at the time. The lack of sufficient towels was frustrating especially as there isn't a 24/7 reception and there are no chat of drawers in the hallways that you could get additional towels from.During the next morning, I went to ask reception for 3 more towels and the receptionist gave me a weird look. There were exactly 2 towels provided initially. No hand towels or anything extra.Do I really need to explain if my partner is going through her mensies and wants to wash and be comfortable? Like stop being so cheap and stingy and blaming it on the environment or laundry costs. It's a cost you need to incur in this instance.

Great short location to the stadium near by which was the purpose of the trip for the basketball in the Olympics

Very expensive for the provided standard. Probably because of the Olympic Games nearby.

The room was a bit expensive, but seen the fact that the olympic stadium was nearby, not excessively expensive. The room was not very big, but we had enough space. It was very hot, but our room was located very good so we could cool the room down in the evening when the temperature dropped. The room and bathroom were very clean. The self-check in service and the code to open the doors are very useful! We were very happy with this hotel!

Location, facilities and no-frills package make this hotel ideal for people who are passing through the region or visiting the LOSC stadium. Staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable.

The flip side is that it's not the kind of place where you would go if you wanted to relax somewhere atmospheric or enjoy an extended stay looking around Lille or the region.

The location is great for the footbal stadium 10-15 minutes walk. There are KFC, Burger King plus three other modern restaurant / bars 5 minutes away and a petrol station. There is a bus statuion nearby which takes you to the metro. Or you can walk 20 minutes to the Metro,

There was no explanation on local transport or places of interest. The check in process was a little complex although I got it to work eventually. I was fortunate to get one of the staff to get me a taxi. There is no advice re English speaking Taxi drivers, which there may or may not be!?

A cheap, basic place to stay for the night. Secure and free parking was a big plus. The shower was excellent, really good pressure.

Room was pretty small, but you get what you pay for.

as many people have said, the self check-in is a bit lackluster. It worked fine for me but I still had to spend about 5 minutes in the rain to check-in. I would have prefered if the hotel had either a computer that is more protected from the rain or a more simple way to check-in (for example scanning a QR code with the phone or showing a QR code on the phone to the machine)

The reception staff I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and served it’s purpose

Pedestrian access could be better

We had Rugby World Cup tickets and booked this place since it was less than a 10 minute walk to the stadium. It was ok, checking in wasn't as clear as it could be since staff isn't there all the time. Rooms are small, no fan or AC.

It's far from historical places, buses are far and few with long intervals. Best to have a car.

Closeness to Lille Stadium and airport. Clean and simple for a place to get your head down which is just what we needed at a great price

Confusing check in - all automated. But know for future

Really convenient for the local stadium with plenty of quick food options near by, rooms were clean and bathrooms were great.

Check in was okay and codes worked but it wasn't super clear what you needed to do at first.
