How helpful they were. I needed to spend the night during an emergency situation. I booked it and was there in an hour in New Years Day. In the afternoon reception was closed but we contacted them via phone and all was so easy. Thank you

I did not realised that hotel is owned by wonery. So you can buy local wine on the premises and one glass of your choice of wone is free. Located in very cute town on the beach of great German river Rhine(about half a mile from the hotel).Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Highly recommend.

Beautifully designed and maintained property with a wine- tasting room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking on site, easy walking to the town sites.

No Air Conditioning in 95 degree heat. No elevator!

Everything about this hotel, its staff, and location were top notch. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. The location was an easy 5 minute walk to the old town. The vineyards associated with this hotel have been in the family for several generations. The young family that runs the vineyards and hotel are a perfect fit for the business. They re friendly accommodating and veery helpful. We look forward to our next visit. PS: The wines are reasonably priced suited our taste perfectly.

The back entry door was malfunctioning. The technician was there the day we checked out working on the problem.

Charming active wine producing facility in the middle of historic and beautiful Eltville. Service was great and we enjoyed our time here. It was fun watching grapes being harvested and turned into wine. The Rhine river was only a short walk away.

Though charming, this hotel is not for everyone. Getting to room required climbing two levels of steep, narrow spiral stairs. The room itself was small with sloped ceilings. Parking was a challenge as the courtyard that is normally available for parking was used for the wine harvest.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to.resyaurants and sights. Relaxed vibe. Stairs can be a bit daunting for elderly or those lacking mobility. Breakfast was traditional type fare and plentiful. Room was well maintained.

Everything was SUPER. Very clean, stylish and comfortable. Great bed with nice and warm duvets, great furniture and great bathroom. The host offered us a glass of sparkling wine when we arrived (came just as another couple was winetasting in the wineshop at the hotel) Very nice and informative host.A true little gem. ???

We were so happy to have air conditioning! The room was nice, the bed comfy, and breakfast was really good. We appreciated safe storage for our bikes.

At check-in I was told about welcome drinks so we went down after showering an hour before she said it ended but they were already closed. Not a huge deal, but we were looking forward to tasting their wine and buying a bottle for the evening.

The Hotel is a very friendly family run business, it is attached to a winery which you can see when you enter the reception. The room we were given was extremely generous in size and very clean. The furniture is modern and of good quality. The family that run the hotel were very welcoming. The breakfast was generous. The wifi is excellent and its position in the town very convenient for the access to the river front and shopping.

We would have loved the room to be equipped with a few spare blankets and pillows. The room also offers no tea or coffee making facility though has a well stocked mini bar. The room could also do with a more modern tv and as it was a 2 room suite there really should be a tv in the bedroom. The bathroom was well equipped and comfortable though the toilet seat was loose and could do with attention. It would also be nice if some more toiletries came with the room.

The woman at the front desk was very very nice.
