Breakfast was great with delicious options and fast service from owners - two gentlemen who were courteous and friendly. The hotel is small and comfortable for a few days and ideal for a long weekend in the countryside. We walked through the vineyards on the hills and dropped down to the other villages - taking the train back to Eltville if we walked too far! Rüdesheim am Rhein should be avoided like the plague - it is a tourist trap except for the Mechanical Museum!
The beds were squeaky and hard - new ones needed - but after long days walking they were acceptable and the rooms were really peacefully quiet...
Nice room, excellent breakfast, personal service, located in the city centre, near to the Rhine, everything was done perfect so you could enjoy the staying
The breakfast is excellent. A selection of proper cheese and meats, direct from the suppliers, not out of a packet.Friendly and smart people run this hotel.
