Hotel an der Reuss

The hotel have spacious and confortable rooms. Great breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very neat and organized. My room overlooked the Reuss river, which was very nice. Ate dinner at the restaurant a few times, and would highly recommend!

There were no washcloths in the bathroom and only a handheld sprayer for the shower, which took some getting used to. The breakfast option at the restaurant was the same every day, and there was no option to order differently.

The property was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed.

The hotel is amazing, very comfortable, clean. Good location - close to train station and to the good grocery shop. Very delicious food at the restaurant of the hotel. It's great hotel for this money.

I was caught off guard by heavy snow and had to make an unexpected stop here. What stood out the most was the incredible kindness of the staff, they were extremely welcoming and helpful. The food at the restaurant was really good, making my unplanned stop a truly pleasant experience. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place.

the hotel is clean, the restaurant us nice and they out nice music.

the sound proofing of the room is poor. I could hear everyone in the hall at night.

My stay at this jewel hotel was excellent. As I entered the reception I was greeted very warmly by the staff. Later I had a wonderful dinner exchanging with a culinary specialist. Entering my room I felt the coziness and cleanliness providing me with great confort and rest. The breakfast was traditional and offered plenty of energy for the day. Highly recommend it.

Room had no air conditioning or a ceiling fan. Ventilation is not great and the lighting in the room is dingy.

Friendly staff, spacious room, free and convenient parking, decent breakfast, nice restaurant across the street, walking distance to a train stop.

The radiator in the room was not working during the night. I had to use double blankets. I would like some more warmth in the room.

Kind and helpful staff, was able to check in early!

Stains on walls and carpet flooring, crumbs on the floor, lots of mosquitos, no ventilation in the room and not able to keep window open since there were many mosquitos, due to its location by the river, and no mosquitonet.

This was a great place to stop on our road trip. The room was spacious enough (but no air-con…), and the breakfast was wonderful.
