    Pros +

    • pool area, lobby and room, spa and gym
    • Location and pool area
    • The gym was great

    Cons -

    • There was mold in the bathroom in sink area. Room was dark. AC had an unpleasant smell. It was loud at night. Staff of n restaurant was beyond slow and unfriendly.
    • the room view and brekfast
    • The devil is in the detail. Eg:. the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was not working (the light was broken), knobs, sockets, it all needs maintenance. It took me forever to connect to wi-fi due to incorrect instructions on the QR code. The breakfast that I ordered to my room was late, cold and vile (omelette). I was woken up at 7am on Sunday by cleaning stuff just outside my window, who dragged a rubbish bin across the pavement and did. not stop even after me knocking the window and waving at them to stop. I was surprised not to have a balcony, but probably I did not pay attention to this while making a reservation. While the lobby is impressive, the drinks and snacks are nice, but to get any service you need to walk around and ask someone (repeatedly) who'd like to wait on you. I chose this location because of the meeting in the hotel, otherwise I would not have stayed there. The most annoying was that I received 5-7 messages after checking-out to leave a review, I kept getting them annoyingly for the whole week via sms and email, so here it is.

The food in the MINT restaurant is exceptionally good, I recommend the Asian salad and falafel sandwich. The staff is nice and say all the right words, although it does not always translate into service. The gardens are very nice, especially around the outdoors of the MINT restaurant. The lobby looks great. The hotel smells really good.

Staff was great. Special thanks to Jason! Atmosphere is wonderful. Very clean property. Bar was nice. AC worked great. Comfortable stay. Food was also good.

Pool was cold. Nobody was really swimming. They should have warmed it a bit so guests could enjoy the water. On our last day, the waiter charged us for coffee from the bar after paying for breakfast because she had turned off the coffee pots in the restaurant. You shouldn’t upset your guests over a cup of coffee. It’s not the money but a matter of principle. Seriously, get it together if you would like to receive high standard of service. I am a Hilton member and did not expect such pettiness.

    Comfortable beds and good breakfast.

The room was a bit small for 3 people and the one single bed was broken.

    The hotel, gym, room service

the room was a bit old with some defective furniture

Variety of restaurants and spa and hairdresser

Rubbish view staff were unfriendly and were unwilling to upgrade even though we were returning guests. The hotel felt half empty so it would have been nice to get a room with a balcony

Very calm and luxury ambience inside the hotel. We were surprised by the quality of the rooms and incredible breakfast. Very hospitable stuff everywhere. Beautiful bar in front the reception, nice perfumes on the floors and good SPA with warm pool and Steam Sauna.

A lot of sand in the inside pool and muddy water. SPA-center is very good, but it looks like somebody don't keep an eye on cleaning in that space... I marked that dirty plastic cups stayed for 2 days on the table, nobody threw them away. BTW, We really enjoyed a Steam Sauna and a warm pool.

Breakfast was excellent; massage was good too.

Location was a bit far from the central city

    1. Reception staff were helpful, polite, kind, warm. Absolutely top notch.2. Room size was great. Bathroom perfect. 3. Bed highly comfortable and large - no gap in the middle!4. Bathroom products great.5. Spa and Gym EXCELLENT, but mind the slippery floor at the indoor pool!!6. Lounge area very nice, staff brilliant. Good selection of food and drinks.7. Mint restaurant very good.

    1. Parking spaces are small!2. Lack of Smart TV. At this end of the market, it is expected.3. Gym opens too late, would be better at 6am.4. Room service menu poor - selection could be better.5. Minibar empty.

    10AntonioPosted on: 12-29-2024

Spa and breakfast were 10 out of 10. The lobby and pianist was a nice touch.

Steam room has pipes under two seats and burns your feet.

    6GeorgiiPosted on: 12-28-2024

When we come at Christmas, spa was closed. Stuff was welcoming enough to open it for us. Breakfast was fine, lobby is nice and spacious. Rooms have high ceilings. We were provided with 3rd bed for the kid. There were complimentary fruits in the room (nice).

Ventilation was very noisy even at lowest level. Beds are worst I ever saw in hotels, they waved horizontally at a slightest move, so when my spouse moved a hand, it felt like an earthquake. Coffee (both in a bistro, and at breakfast) was terrible. In spa (on the next day) half of facilities didn't worked (both hamams, cold jars). The area outside of the main entrance smelled piss.

A very good business hotel with nice communal space. Very comfy bed, spacious room and lovely pool. Helpful & friendly staff .

Bedroom furnishings very tired and sparse. Loud gym classes early morning and evening.

Very good quality hotel and comfortable room with good amenities

Had room on front of hotel which was noisy during the night.

    Excellent staff,mattress comfort, spa facilities

For a standart room with no exceptional view, I believe the price is a bit expensive.

Excellent room with large bathroom and comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast.

    Lack of signage at entrance.

We stayed for two nights in order to celebrate my wife’s birthday with friends and relatives ,the hotel sent complimentary box of chocolates to our room which was very thoughtful. Bed was ultra comfortable one of the best night sleeps I have had. The hotel is the only place we stay when we visit Nicosia.

Nothing the hotel was near perfect
