ibis budget Toulouse Colomiers

Location well suited to our needs. Efficient welcome and check-in. Room OK, but a bit sparser than I remember from a previous Ibis Budget hotel (Chatellerault). Mattress comfy. All very clean. Italian restaurant 30 seconds walk away was a triumph!

Pillows a disaster - far too small for comfort. Shower head needed fixing to stop it swinging constantly to face the wall!

10-15 minutes to the Toulouse airport.Spacious rooms.Italian restaurant next door.

One bedside lamp and one other were broken. Electrical wiring exposed.Breakfast buffet wasn't kept filled. No muesli or granola.Nowhere to go for a walk near hotel.

Service. Was clean. Staff great

Location a bit isolating however when the new metro line opens that opens up the whole of Toulouse

I had the worst experience of my life in terms of staying in a hotel.

It was dirty and I got sick because of the food. The staff tried to give directions. I have a brick phone so when I was told to use GPS I obviously couldn't do it.

A chair rather than stool in room . Plug at side of bed . Tea/ coffee making facilities in room.

Location near airport, Value for money is good, staff nice and polite

Room could be better clean, breakfast is kind of small amount of options for the price. Rooms are small and no comfort at all

It was no frills but this is expected for this price

We stayed here as or flight had been delayed and it was too late to drive to our destination. It's a decent option if you need to stop on the way. Clean room, comfortable bed, no-frills, decent price, nice staff, big parking lot, good Italian restaurant next doors. We opted for breakfast, which was typical for Ibis Budget ( cheese, meat, jam, pastry, coffee).

Lovely little hotel has everything you need as expected. Toilet in room, toilet paper, private shower, towels, shampoo.

All good.

The location was on my route but it is a little poorly signposted.

There was a noise throughout the night that made sleep impossible, I had to leave early so tried to do as best as I could - I raised this the morning after and was told that I should’ve mentioned it at the night time but when you’re leaving early, you do not want to get dressed in the middle of the night to complain. When raising the issues the issue the following morning I was called a liar which is a shame as I have stayed at Ibis/Ibis Budget 10 times in the previous three years and have never had a problem.

We stayed ln a room with baby in a smoking room with a very bad smell. We didn’t request a change though because we are gonna stay only one night.

Short but long enough.

There were works in progress. I only saw the receptionist. The room looked outdated and cheaply done.

It’s close to the airport, it has private bathroom. People from the reception where nice and helpful.

The hotel is under massive remodeling, which was not explained before booking. This was really unfortunate and could be understandable if a warning was given or the price of the rooms dropped. Honestly if just looked terrible, smelled like cigarettes (I assume this is due to the workers because the hotel has signs of not smoking). The elevator was down, there wasn’t even a proper self serve machine working, and the hotel is not from a walkable distance of any restaurant or food place, so this was really unfortunate. Lastly, the water from the shower changed temperatures constantly while showering so it was not nice to have hot water then very cold then normal temperature.

Staff were helpful and friendly

Hotel was being refurbished which was not known to us, it was like a construction site. Smell of cigarettes walking into the property. Poor facilities.
