The beds were comfortable and the food was good. The bathroom was nice. Everything was clean

The air controls were terrible. They should offer a floor fan at least. The system was blowing warm air and it felt difficult to sleep. We opened the window to try to help. Climate matters. Booking was difficult due to having to register your card online with the banking system there. No other hotel asked for that information. I felt like the staff was irritated over WhatsApp when I was trying to follow the process. It made me question why it was necessary since I didn't experience that in other hotels while in Spain.

The location and the size of the room. Bathroom was very clean

The furniture was kind of wasted. The pillows are too thin.

What spoiled the stay for me was the unfriendliness of the waiter/bar person on duty Friday and Saturday night. He made us feel very unwelcome, clearly was annoyed that we wanted to eat even though the kitchen remained open. Took great effort to not understand our basic Spanish. I would not reccomend or return

Near the motorway, a convenient stopover on our drive from Granada to Santander. Good value. Really nice food in the bar, good and good service.

Really nice Hotel. Had a quiet room. As the restaurant was closed the waiter recomended a Steak and it was very good. The red wine was also very nice.

Overall good experiance with the hotel, with some minor exceptions.

- Toilets are installed very close to the wall and are very uncomfortable - Atleast 2 additional pillows would be nice - The heating in our room was not working propperly, on highest setting there was only cold air from it. The control for the HVAC is very limited and alot of options and temperatures range are locked.

The parking is free and secure. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The location is close to the highway and easy to find. The costs represented good value.

The young guy working in the cafeteria in the evening was rather rude and unhelpful challenging the pronunciation of one word I used multiple times, I realize that Spanish in not my native tongue but I speak four languages and the inflection I used was perfectly understandable. Although there was clearly a notice outside the cafeteria and restaurant that a menu diario for that day was available, the young man insisted that only the cafeteria snack list was available and we had to basically take it or leave it. A Spanish couple spoke to us and said that "They don't want to open the restaurant for us as we are few" If the hotel does not want to offer what they clearly describe, then take the notice down. Having said about the rudeness of the young man, earlier in the day, an older gentleman carrying out the same duties was very helpful, polite and gave great service. Subsequently, we went out by car and ate elsewhere. Clients may want to consider eating sufficiently prior to reaching the hotel.

The room was very good, with a comfortable bed and a splendid view of the mountains( including the famous Valley of the Fallen monument). The staff are excellent.

The shower was a real problem as it would not fix on the rail..The restaurant, which is advertised in a way that suggests it is part of the hotel, in fact isn't. It is in the same building, but is run by a separate company. The evening menu is limited. We had a burger that was terrible, veery undercooked even after we sent it back. The service was also very indifferent. Not recommended.

Everything, the hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent.

If there were some local shopping venues nearby, Is about the only thing that would have made it better.

Comfortable and clean hotel, quiet and accessible to the highway and places to eat. With free parking in the property, which for travelers with automobiles is for sure a fantastic option to stay.

Weak Wi-Fi signal, they could improve the internet in the rooms.

A very comfortable room and great value for money. Friendly front desk staff who let us book in much earlier which helped us a lot. A lot of parking on the property and it is easily accessible.

There was a waiter at the restaurant who was very arrogant and not in the mood to work. One of those who you are too scared to ask something for. It is a pity, because of this, we decided not to eat there. However, I would not rate this as part of the hotel, as it seems it could function separately.

They tried to charge me the entre price when I have asked for a free of charge cancellation before getting to the hotel.When we got there it looked abandoned,hot,the room smelling of smoking,quite small room.Even the water wasn't free of charge...We payed 70 euros to sleep 6h ...

Great team at both, reception and restaurant. Great dinner. Free parking. Nice view on the garden.

Very quiet room (on the back side of hotel), backyard view, very clean room, big and confortable bed, good breakfast, gym room, lift, conference rooms, restaurants for events, near by Mercadona.Very good staff.Good car parking out and indoor.

The check-in staff was helpful. It was easy enough to get to by taxi. The room was a fair enough size. The bed was magnificent, large, and comfortable. The curtains blocked out the sun really well. The bathroom had everything necessary. The breakfast staff were really helpful. The check-out desk staff was wonderful.

The sink drained extremely slowly. The AC did not work. There were no English speaking channels on the tv. The cleaning staff were extremely loud when cleaning rooms, quite early on. Immense amount of crashing and bashing. Transport links to the hotel are non-existent.
