Pros +
- It was warm in the room, I even had to turn off the heating, a large, comfortable bed, and I was very pleased that there was a bathtub, not a shower
- All in all quite nice. The room was spacious and the bath-room very nice. A very good place to start daily visits to Madrid. Madrid central station is about 30 minutes away by Metro and metro station is about 10-15 minutes walking distance.
- Clean and easy access to restaurants and shopping centers.
Cons -
- The AC doesn’t work very well.
- It's all a little tired maybe, but I can't imagine anyone choosing this location for a romantic break or a holiday, so clean and functional is the standard to judge it by.
- Busy location and tricky to get to the car park.

A 1960/70's hotel typical of many towns in Spain, and a functional choice for anyone staying in the town on a budget - not really in the centre but not too far to walk either.

Very easy location by car, for us to explore neighboring area north of Madrid its a grat location. parking is easy on street right in front of hotel, free in the weekend since 2pm (reception staff is so helpful to suggest this to us so we dont have to pay fir the cost of parking 7 euros).room is moderate and sufficient for two people traveling like us.Recommend!
Central for villalba and on route to the south of Spain.
Busy location and tricky to get to the car park.
Good for a short stay as near to the motorway
The parking is a bit expensive for what it is
Room and location were okay, and the staff were friendly and well spoken. Even the night guy spoke reasonable English
No fridge in the rooms, no tea/coffee making facilities, the air con was BARELY working, and I had to move the bed directly underneath it to get any benefit from it. It also switched off for a few hours each morning while I was trying to work from my room.
Excellent choice at breakfast both not and cold, secure parking, close to local bars and restaurants friend my staff a perfect stopping point to and from ferry.
Perhaps little more choice of snacks in hotel bar.
Great location, really good value for money and staff extremely helpful (arranging for me to go to the local gym)
Very poor
In the room the room it was too hot I couldn’t rest properly . I couldn’t switch the heating off . Cleaning was poor the toilet was not wiped properly
Super friendly staff
A bit dated, could do with a refresh, but all super clean and as advertised
Quiet and convenient stop off on our journey. We were able to park our car securely. Reasonably priced
I thought it would be in the country. The area appeared to be an outer suburb of Madrid
The staff was very pleasant, the hotel was quiet, not crowded. The AC worked great.
The breakfast was nothing special, the bread was a bit stale, the scrambled eggs didn't look or taste very fresh.
Filling breakfast, the staff were friendly and very helpful pervading excellent tips on the best restaurants.
The walls were paper thin, we could hear our neighbour's bowel movements during the night and those returning late, as people do in Spain, made a right racket.
I had a morning snack in the bar. Very efficient and polite service by the 2 ladies on duty.
Everything was perfect.
The main staff we came across were pleasant and accommodating, especially at the reception desk and at the hotel café/ bar. Our room was good overall and the bed very comfortable. There were some pleasant general, social areas in the hotel. Overall the hotel had a slightly older-fashioned style, which we enjoyed. The location was good in enabling us to easily get a bus into Madrid.
Feel the light system in the bedroom was really poor, with no adequate lighting in the middle of the room or for the desk area. Though there were plenty of power points, we did have to stoop to find and use these! That is, far too low and 'hidden'.
Good location to or From Madrid. Free parking can be found nearby. There are several good restaurants and fast food cafes around.Late checkout until 12. And Las Rozas Outlet is 15 minutes away by car.
This is the worst hotel I've visited in the last year.First, a very bad breakfast, where there was not even an omelet or boiled egg. The cappuccino was from an automatic machine and only sweet!. There was no black tea. The cheese was brought only after my request. The second is the sound insulation in the room, it simply does not exist. Sounds don't usually bother me. But in this case, I heard how the neighbor uses the toilet, how the water runs, all the steps. On the other side, a baby was crying. It was a terrible experience. Also, the mattresses are very bad.
Buffet breakfast good selection for all taste both hot and cold excellent value, helpful staff. Safe secure parking, hotel location good for travellers heading to or from Santander ferry.
Big room, clean, good for a stayover near Madrid
