Easy access, covers all the basic needs very well, great price.

Perfect location from our point of view - access to a delightful bike path along the river and through a park about 100 metres away, a bus stop with frequent service to Rennes city and plenty of walkable bars, cafes and restaurants. Room was clean and typical of a large commercial chain. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent car parking and easily reached from the ring road.

A little more space between one side of the bed and the wall - access was a bit tricky/

This was our second stay at the start and end of a week tour, so this review is similar to our previous! We did, however, stay in a larger room with additional facilities this time. Perfect location from our point of view - access to a delightful bike path along the river and through a park about 100 metres away, a bus stop with frequent service to Rennes city and plenty of walkable bars, cafes and restaurants. Although the room was larger, the layout was somewhat strange! The narrow access to one side of the bed that was a criticism of our previous stay could have been addressed as the additional space, though appreciated, was devoted to a small table and single chair and bookcase which was not particularly useful for a couple! The room seemed to have been converted from a different layout as the lighting was very odd. The bed had one reading light on one side, the other was located several metres away. Another reading light was located almost at ceiling level above this so not very useful!

There area it was in was clean and quiet

The room size was too small for 2 people . The space between the bed and the wall only allowed a person to walk carefully at the end of the bed. Having stayed at a number of other B&B locations during the last 5 weeks, this one proved to be the least comfortable one, and also least value for money.

Well situated in the suburbs of Rennes in a calm neighborhood. Big parking space and also accessible by public transport.

The room was always very clean. Breakfast was excellent with variety and the staff very friendly!

The double room was on the small side but bearable. The pillows were a bit too big and difficult to use but it's just my opinion.

Disappointed. Wouldn't stay here again.

Self check in didn't work at 00.30 when we arrived late. Took a long time to gain entry into the car park.Room didn't smell clean.

Location & air conditioning.

Room was right next to the lift, despite hotel being far from full. Car park was not secure despite having security gate which was left open at all times.

Excellent location, comfy, friendly and helpful staff (pointed us in the direction of a good place to eat right next door). Good breakfast. Good size family room All for a very reasonable price. Definitely stay here again.

Many restaurants close by. Close access to city centre

City council could provided easier cycle lane access on public roads. I cycled into city centre every day….but cycle lane signage and access proved difficult

The staff were super friendly and helpful, one of our pillow cases were dirty and the front desk changes them straight away and were super apologetic. Great value for money , the area was lovely and quiet . Great for a quick stay whilst on our roadtrip.

The check in, we arrived at a time that the front desk was closed. There is a self service machine to use when no one is there. Unfortunately, the payment terminal was broken therefore couldn't check in , we called the help phone however they advised they couldn't help. Luckily a member of staff happened to be there and opened the check in desk to give us our room details otherwise we would have had to wait 2 hours.

Nice and clean rooms. Self check-in. Parking lot available without additional costs. Pets are accepted.

Lack of hair dryer.

Very Friendly staff, basic accommodation but very well presented, a very clean hotel that superseded expectation. Superb value for money. Safe and secure location too. Pizza and burger restaurant next door was excellent too.
