No Hot water while using the shower.Hardly any lighting.Only 1 spotlight bulb working(out of 2)Room 220.Dreadful and tired décor or lack of!Worst breakfast ever in a French Hotel.Bland food,driest mini pastries you can find,sticky and stale cereals for €14:daylight robbery.You can find way better Hotel rooms with breakfast under €50 if you actually properly look for it.Booking.com:this Brit Hotel is not worthy of a 3 Star rating!Appalling!

We were asked if we would like clean towel's when we arrived then asked if the hotel could enter our room we said that would be OK .Then the staff member said if we left towels on the floor they would change them !But sadly They did not do this !! so we had to go down and ask for them every day !! in the end of our 3 day stay we had 6 Wet Bath towels and 6 hand towels on the floor as they never came it to our room to pick them up ! We even had to ask the staff for a toilet Roll !!!

The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly, and the hotel is pet friendly.

The rooms were quite small and tight.

Clean. Recently updated, very tastefully done. Fridge (very small but better than none) in room a real plus and a surprise.

No car parking. A major disadvantage if loaded up for a ferry.

The area was a quite one with green spaces and the room had all one would need for a short stay. They allowed early check-in as we arrived early on that day. It is located very close to Chronobus bus line, a direct line from the airport. I booked it as I had an event next to Glaz arena.

The receptionist who welcomed us could have been more polite and nicer. He was very cold to all the guests and especially to those with darker skin, even the native French ones. The bus line, connecting to the city stops serving by around midnight.

We didn’t have breakfast during our stay so unable to comment. The staff were very polite, the room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was that our room lock was broken so struggled every day to open and lock it. This was reported to reception twice but never got sorted before we departed. Because of this the room didn’t get cleaned for 2 of the days we requested as they didn’t leave a note or ring our room to say they were having problems accessing the room, thankfully we hadn’t made a mess in the room. We would however stay again as the hotel was in a great location near supermarkets and eateries.

The hotel offered a dinner package for its guests. The food was delicious.
