- It is a convenient location off the highway, in walking distance to restaurants, gas station, supermarket...The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty. Good price!

The team of Ibis hotel was really good, we came there around midnight and the reception was closed Although there's some staff who came and helped us to check-in I was really sorry to wake them up in the night, and the rooms were clean and bedroom arrangements were even at the time of checkout it was pretty simple. And it's not expensive at all. Thanks to the Ibis hotel team it's a pleasure to had a stay at this hotel
The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the train station away and a 5 minute walk from the next bus station for Rennes (which is on the opposite side of the road as the bus takes a turn in the roundabout). The journey into Rennes takes some time with the bus. The staff was nice and multilingual. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and big and newly furnished when I arrived. When I visited the establishment construction was underway. Everything was renewed and in very good condition. However some work equipment and material was still on the premises and caused a bit of dust (on the stairway and entrance).
Adapted and spacious bathroom for wheelchair needs.
Obstacles (building materials) in the corridor extremely annoying and dangerous for wheelchair transit.
The location is ok there are two nice restaurants next to it and a shoppong mall. The hotel is under repairs, but you don't notice so much.
The siren at 6.00 went off and continued for some time. And of course in the room there is a hint a smell of smoking.
Very nice and cozy. Was perfect for my family. Large rooms and free parking, breakfast was various and tasty.
The location.
The pictures do not reflect the actual truth. The room are very small and they have a terrible smell of cigarettes. We asked to change our room as our 4 years old son started to cough. The second room we were given had exactly the same smell. The place is grubby and the room very dirty, sticky and the carpet full of dust:
I did not like Ibis Budget.Hotel is dirty.Ants in bedroom.Breakfast not worth the money.Would never stay there again.Location is perfect but not hotel.
All of above.
Check in easy
Needs renovated. Very old Ibis.

Just off the ring road , easy to get to hotel and to get back on road next morning. Opposite large supermarket and plenty of dinner options around. An older style ibis budget with a quirky bathroom but quite spacious (we were 3 ) for a one night stay
WiFi a bit slow
Good shower, Adjacent to Buffalo Grill and Big Carrefour!
The location and the car park was good. Budget breakfast but okay.
Location
Broken tap, dirt in corners of the room. Broken toilet, small room. Hotel requires refurbishment.
