The amazing Olympic sized pool!!

Nothing really. For what I needed, the hotel was perfect. However, if you are a tourist you will find the hotel quite distant from Bologna city center

No coffee maker and tea kettle

Staff were extremely helpful and attentive from reception to the team at breakfast. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot and cold food and although the coffee machines were not working, staff were very helpful in getting you one from the bar if required. Prices at the bar were very reasonable. Lots of parking (we had hired a car).

Not a reflection on the hotel as such as we knew that the outdoor pool was closed, however it is a bit out of the way (although there is a mall round the corner). It seemed to be geared more towards a business traveller. There is a bus at the back of the hotel (NOs 89) which will take you into the centre of Bologna (one card per person, ie you cannot pay for your entire family on one card) and it takes about 40-50 mins.

Door hinges have rusts making it quite noisy over the night. Cleaning is so-so. Breakfast is just an average while the staffs were quite attentive.

Perfect transit stop! The location right off the highway with a shopping mall and supermarket next door was exactly what we needed for our overnight journey from southern Italy to Austria. The room was clean and comfortable for our family and dog Luke, and the convenient setup made it easy to grab supplies and get back on the road the next morning. Ideal for travelers looking for a practical, no-fuss stopover.

We were not able to enjoy the pool as we got to the hotel late and the pool closes at 19:00. Maybe next time.

We really loved the swimming pool. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive throughout our stay. The room wasn't ready but they provided complimentary drinks whilst we waited. We really enjoyed our stay.

The comfy beds, clean and spacious room and facilities. The price-quality performance.

The breakfast was super crowded. We had to wait for coffee cups for more than 20 mins. They should provide more cups during high season.

Excellent for one night stop over during our trip, conveniently located near to the highway. Nice staff at the reception, enough parking space and fantastic swimming pool.

Great hotel for a stay on the way from/to Bologna. AC worked good in the room. Breakfast had variety but the quality could be a bit better. The hotel has an unusually large Olympic pool. Overall very good price/quality ratio.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, kind and helpful staff, amazing breakfast, car park availability.

There is a bus connecting the hotel to Bologna city center, but does not run very often (in particular, it is difficult to reach the hotel after 21:00 by public transport). Of course, this is not a fault of the hotel, but it could be an issue for all guests without a car.

AC was not working that great but it got us through.

The location is not perfect if you want to go out to Bologna at night.

The pool is beautiful. The property has almost everything you’d need to be comfortable. The only things I’d wished they had and didn’t was access to a washer / dryer and even later pool hours during the summer. The pool closes at 7pm, so maybe until 8pm?

The people who work there seem a bit overworked and it is a little far from things. The tradeoff was that they have 24 hour desk help and when I needed to get a taxi, they had priority taxi service—it was there in under 10 min. Also, there’s a shopping mall within a few blocks. For a weary traveler who forgot things or just wants to grab a snack, this is convenient.

Party running near the pool in the night with too much noise from DJ till 12 am.

The breakfast was really good with a very good variety. the room was also good . The hotel has an Olympic-sized swimming pool. It is located next to a big shopping center and very close to the exit to highway ( Ancona or Milan ) . It is not clocde to the center

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. 15mins to train station.

Need a car to get around. Taxi was not always available in the evening. Room cleaning was not at standard. Did not refill towels, hand soap. Had to call to ask for these things daily.

Nice breakfast and super easy access to the hotel.

The sound isolation from the traffic could have been better.
