Friendly staff Big room Modern bathroom Bus stop was less than a minute walk

I enjoyed everything from attentitive and frienldy staff at reception en in restaurant to fantastic .odern bedroom

The breakfast was good

In the evening they told that breakfast price is 7.5 euros, but in the morning it increased to 12 euros

Breakfast wad excellent, the lady was very helpful and nice.

We couldn't have lunch on weekend, they said lunch is only Monday to Thursday, a bit disappointing, however excellent place to stay

Located on the outskirts. Very green neighbourhood. Close to the shopping ?️ mall. Pool just for 4 people - when you make a reservation, you are not disturbed.

Far from the city centre. Expensive taxi to and from. The breakfast did not really as shown in the pictures.

It’s located outside the city. The room temperature was were high the air conditioner not worked individually but centrally for all the hotel rooms. The personnel do not understand English and we were not satisfied. Although the room was clean

The main qualities any hotel should meed were met. The bed was confortable, the room was clean and the water out of the shower was easily adjustable and the pressure was good. The staff is very polite. The NH standards are always guaranteed

The temperature of the room was slightly high and not adjustable. the free parking lot downstairs is barely enough, some additional parking would be appreciated

It una fair hotel like a old 4 star for the price. Location is in the middle of nowhere but you have shopping mall and several options. Fast access to tangenziale.

Defenetely not if you want to visit Bolonia

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making for a nice start to my visit. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options that were well-prepared and fresh. I also enjoyed having access to the warm-water pool and fitness equipments, which added to the overall experience. The room had proper blackout curtains, which ensured a good night's sleep, and the mattress was quite comfortable. Additionally, the housekeeping was thorough, and the room was kept clean throughout my stay.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty and really needs to be replaced or removed altogether. Additionally, some of the facilities, especially the bathroom, could use a renovation. The fixtures are outdated, and it would make a big difference if these were upgraded.

The location worked perfectly for us and the swimming pool was great. Breakfast was also excellent.

The reception desk was always under staffed and took forever!

For Euro 300 per night. Zero toiletries in my room. No toothbrush, no tooth paste , no nothing. I think I have to ask for it separately. No, I am not going to ask for it. A young guy in the reception desk during check out time , gave me a long face when I ask for invoices. He said it cannot be done. I can only get my credit card receipt but he did transaction wrongly. What ??!!! What kind of hotel is this ? I have been traveling all over the world for 40 years. I should be able to get whatever invoices I want, be it via booking or invoice for euro 40 extra for late check out ! Please go figure first how to do hotel biz before you begin to do the biz. I won’t ever go to NH anywhere ever again

Convenient and good value. Excellent concierge as usual in NH.

I had an erroneous second booking and there was no reply over weeks. The the day of the arrival it was detected by the staff. However, the expectation would have been much earlier to have a communication.

Horrible. My car was vandalixef and the staff did not tell me it was a bad area and there was another parking available

Big spacious room, confortable beds and quite hotel. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Plenty of parking spaces outside and also underground parking available for 5€. The hotel is located outside from the city and reachable best by car. A big shopping mall is close, 5 minutes walk.

Everything was ok, there were parking places around the hotel, not in the garage. Which was easy and convenient.The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are with car, the roads to the Bologna center and even to the Unipol arena are fast and cinvenient.

Free parking. Next to a shopping mall for access to many restaurants.
