Great value for money for the deal I got! Good facilities by the hotel.Well organised.

In the industrial area. Nothing much to do around.No restaurents in walking distance.

Only one toilet, old carpet, really old toilet room, loft bedroom ceiling was low, we kept hitting our heads. Pool is not heated so kids would not go in. Restaurant food mediocre.

The pool area was nice although we havent used it. The staff was friendly

The hotel is situated in a rather poor location—close to highways, isolated, and lacking any scenic views. When we booked, there was no mention of ongoing renovations, which were taking place directly beneath our balcony, rendering it unusable. The area was filled with dust and construction noise from early morning hours. The towels provided were very worn, and the room did not meet the standards we expected from a 3-star hotel. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the hotel seemed more appropriate for a quick overnight stay rather than a comfortable option for tourists.

You advertised it had a restaurant,it was closed on Friday ,no internet ,Google maps could not find it but they knew that.worst thing No HOT Water!!they tried other rooms for 30 mins then said they found a room far side of hotel with a shower only but my wife was travel tired then and did not want the hassle of moving.No real apologies,I said the least they could do was discount breakfast,which after much umming and arring they did next morning with the day managerThey said we could eat in their ‘sister,’restaurant but that was a walk half mile away up a very steep hill,freezing cold and expensive and poor qualityNeed I say more

Good location for a group of cyclists for a couple of nights, pleasant helpful staff

Stayed for four nights with family in a quadruple room. Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Loads of free parking. Easy access to the motorway. Decent breakfast.

Booked a quadruple room; was told it will be two single and one double bed. However got one double, one single and a sofa bed. The room was cramped and the sofa bed had caved in a bit. Swimming pool was cold (on a very hot week in Aug!) and not very clean.

Stuff was great same was the food.

Swimming pool wasn't the cleanest, and really cold too in a 30+degrees day.

Comfortable bed, close parking, friendly staff, easy access from the motorway. Nice palm park by the pool.

The staff was nice, breakfast is it generous and it is very good that you can park on the site for free.

The rooms definitely need some refurbishment, feels a bit run down with the wall corrections, misaligned tiles and corrected bathtub. In the restaurant in the morning it was extremely cold.

The staff was very nice, facility was a good value for the price. The restaurant staff was very nice and the food was good.

Property was very clean, reception staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Nice and quiet hotel.

The hotel is past it’s best decor wise. Needs updating throughout. Corridor smelt of cigarette smoke. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Property would be great if updated throughout.

Excellent location. The hotel was very nice with a big swimming pool and everything very clean. Also it has chargers for electric cars and it is a complete hotel with everything you need. The service and staff are also very kind and friendly and everything works smoothly. I highly recommend Promotel hotel. Definitely I will also go again in the future.

I loved it. Despite the fact that we only found a suite, we shared it with two other friends and it was very good. The couch was confortable, the rooms are separated by a door and you have separate bathrooms as well and mini fridges. Feee pool, towels included, outdoor gym with minimul requirements. We even had a teeth brushing kit.The receptionist presented us the suite before we took the decision to stay (++). And the comunication was exceptional. A very good breakfast, fancy, and serving table were around the pool. Free parking and about 10 minutes away from the beach side.A very good value for what it is offering.
