Cozy hotel outside of town, good breakfast, comfortable room, large parking.

nothing, but watch out not to slip on the water from the fountain

Good for short stay, like one night, but not for longer time.

Breakfast was poor, scrambled eggs tasted very bad, was more like a porridge. The hotel needs renovation in rooms, it is more like 3 star hotel, not 4 stars for sure. There was no pressure of water in bathtub. Would not come back here.

The staff were amazing, the suites were wonderful and the adjoining restaurant was excellent. Only here for one night so did not get to explore much else - but as a one night base, couldn't ask for more. (OH- great views of the mountains from our room too)

Charming place, quiet area, large room. The staff that welcomed us was very kind and helpful.

The breakfast did not have wide variety of food, and sometimes the food/drinks were not renewed when finished.

What a beautiful hotel with excellent buffet breakfast and excellent staff.

Prices for food and drinks

Nice quiet location, secure parking, good restaurant. Although not in Nice it was ideally located to the motorway network for touring the area.

Very nice, modern, clean, comfort hotel. Free parking is in the hotel yard. Non stop reception.

There are no signposts to the hotel, it is hidden and impossible to find at night.

Location wise nothing special

Quite a clean and classy place, with a restaurant and breakfast buffet. They have a decent parking lot that can accommodate a larger vehicle (I had in a high-roof van, for example).

Swimming Pool not as good as I expected.

Location was close to the airport (15 min by car) and Nice center (20 min by car) which was very nice. What we liked a lot was that there was a snack corner on the 1st floor where we could take for example cookies and bottled water for free. Coffee machine was sadly out of order during our stay. Breakfast was lovely with great selection to choose from (something that most french hotels do not offer unless you are staying at a 5-star hotel). There was coffee and tea making possibilities in the room which was another great feature. Free and large car parking lot in front of the hotel was a great asset. We would also like to thank the staff who was so kind and friendly. Special thanks to Fiona at reception desk who took our special requests into consideration.

The hotel facilities are quite minimal. For example, the swimming pool is located on the other side of the street and is rather small. There is no entertainment, no outdoor bar etc. Some of breakfast items such as salmon and omlet had either weird texture or taste.

Breakfast was too expensive for what was offered. Would have expected more variety and 'freshly cooked' stuff like scrambled eggs etc. for 19€.

The room was nice, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast ok.

1. The location not so ok. The room was with view to a street with intense traffic. Was noisy from traffic from 6 am to 11pm,In the first night some company fixed the asphalt from the street. Was noise until 2am. Next night they continue the work but between 6pm to 11,30pm and was very noisy.Last night probably 5 employees talk and laugh in the front of our windows from 10,50pm to 11,30pm. The last left a man with motorcycle who did a terrible noise.2. The housekeepers clean us the room even we put the tag to don't disturb and they forgot a dirty microfiber in our room. Daily they took the old solid soap or shampoo and they put new. Was no reason to do like that. We didn't finish the solid soap in 24 hours. The last day they forgot? to put us solid soap.

Modern and nicely decorated hotel from outside and inside. Personnel on the reception spoke English.

Bed was too small, size didn't match with description. We put "do not disturb" sign, but despite this our room got cleaned. I didn't like it as I don't want random people to touch my stuff.

The hotel is very new and well furnished. The rooms are big and beautifully furnished.

I liked the rooms (we booked 3 rooms), the breakfast, the restaurant, the view from the balcons, the service attitude at the receptio, and most of all - the good will and the efforts to please us at the restaurant during dinner . We ate 3 dinners at the restaurant (5 adults, my daughter is vegan, and 2 children), the food was tasty, and the waiters did their best to please us all.

Water pressure in the douche (not severe, but those who like strong pressure - may be disappoinetd a little)

Pool ist quite far away, small, you have to cross the public street to come in and it just came in the years, and is not maintaned accordingly, Just not really good experience, Sofa bed was really loud ( kids slept on it), you could hear every move. Room was dark, the cleaning was not perfect ( they left debris over 3x cleaning on the carpet). The sink was clogged. In the entrance there is a waterfall - wall which smelled really bad and you don´t have any chance to avoid it.
