Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful this is our second stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it

The restruant was not so good this year and so eat out in the local Port

Some facilities in Spa not working and pool shut with no prior notice

Breakfast was delicious. The majority of the staff is extremely nice and attentive. The location is perfect as we loved being near the marina and also right at a lovely little beach. I received a massage at the spa and it was amazing. The spa staff is exceptional.

There were times that the staff took a while to serve us at breakfast, lunch or dinner and a couple of times they got our orders incorrect. The food at lunch and dinner is not as good as breakfast. We didn't receive an overview of all of the hotel when we checked in which was odd. Finally, they need someone to take orders at the pool. There were times when I went to the pool bar to order beverages and no-one was there. Another guest had to whistle down to the staff at the main restaurant to get someone to come up. When they finally did...the staff was a bit standoffish.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel room was impeccable, spotless, and beautifully designed. The breathtaking views were truly to die for, making our experience unforgettable.

The hotel doesn’t have parking, which can make it challenging to find a spot during high season. However, they offer a shuttle service, so it’s best to reach out in advance for assistance with parking arrangements.

Amazing stay. The staff at this place is absolutely great. Special thanks Nina for the great service. I can only recommend this place. It is beautifully located. Right next to two beaches. The gym is better than most of the hotel gyms. The spa area serves all the needs. The room was beautiful and clean. We'll come back.

I loved everything. I had a lovely stay! The room was incredible, very nice design, very comfortable, with all amenities you could need. A stunning view. The SPA was fantastic, so beautiful and well built, you relax instantly there.The room was perfectly adapted to the needs of my dog. I've never seen staff so kind, helpful, beautiful, always smiling and very nice. I m really impressed.As it was new years eve I received a special intention, I really appreciated it!

There was a dirty towel hidden behind the curtain when I first entered my room which means it's not thoroughly cleaned.When they cleaned my room, they didn't refill coffee, tea and water. They removed what was dirty or used but didn't put back new ones. Same for the small towels. Therefore I was quite disappointed by the care of the room.The room was not soundproof, I could hear everything in the corridor perfectly.

Location especially in winter is lovely. We loved the breakfast. But best of all, the staff —absolutely everyone —was so friendly and helpful. Really added to our stay. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location, right by a charming small beach, is idyllic, and the breakfast was amazing. What truly stood out was the incredible service from the staff. Every single person we encountered was so friendly, warm, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing not to like

The location was superb, the rooms weee great.

We had numerous items go missing from our room. The hotel did nothing to replace them or compensate us.

Fresh and modern, loved the pool area is fabulous

The bathroom , is not separate and no privacy, this would prevent me from booking this room again, and although we had a balcony, sitting down we looked at a concrete wall

The beach near the hotel is public but very pretty and clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Overall we had a brilliant experience.

This hotel and property was outstanding, the facilities and rooms were five star. I cannot speak highly of the staff they were so professional helpful and friendly during our stay. We loved the tennis court and the spa. We just like to thank all the team for making our trip such a pleasant and special one.

Overpriced, no private beach

The fantastic staff, incredible views.

We stayed in a penthouse suite.The images made it look like the top floor of the hotel with the hot tub was completely private, it isn’t. There are four suites with hot tubs and you can see and hear other guests in their hot tub, despite some curtains. There venting of aircon onto the roof is really noisy and ruins the peace that one would expect from the terrace.

Excellent location with extremely helpful and friendly staff! Beautiful hotel with tasteful interiors. Great for a relaxing break away from all the tourists in Palma. A special shout out to Sara, the concierge, for accommodating all our last minute requests and bookings. Would love to go back again
