Great hotel, perfect location next to the harbour with a very attentive service. the only issue was with the poor wifi network across the building. I was offered though a mifi device to solve the issue. I expect however a better wifi service in 2019.

Location and the view were nice

I booked 4 nights by mistake it supposed to be 3 nights we told them the check in its 3 nights only and the refused to refund

Fabulous suite with a stunning view of the Mediterranean. Breakfast with the best eggs benedict on the island and one of the best in Europe.

I think a stand free small mirror on the desks so a woman could put on her make up by natural sunlight would be a nice touch.

Absolutely gorgeous room with a comfy bed, a cool modern bathtub, and your own small infinity pool on a balcony. Very stylish and relaxing. Also, SPA access was included in our reservation, and it was quite good - with a warm pool in a small garden and a couple of saunas

It’s a beautiful little hotel with the nicest employees and a stunning view. I loved the breakfast, with a perfect selection and sweet fresh fruits and little self made pastries. Our hotel room was beautiful and super clean. Everything was perfect we will for sure come back

Everything was amazing! The staff were very helpful, the room had a beautiful view and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a large choice of different foods and it was all fresh.

In February the weather was wonderful so we kept the window open in our room and it was very comfortable. At night however there were mosquitos that came in if we left the windows open (not the hotels fault). We closed the window and it got very stuffy and warm in the room. I tried to run the air conditioning system just to get some air in the room but I couldn't get it to work. To be fair, I just dealt with it and didn't let the hotel know so I can't fault them.

The only thing that could have been better was the lighting in the room. There were lots of light fittings but all with low wattage bulbs and it was impossible to read a book unfortunately.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The reception staff was also very co-operating. First we booked normal room. The receptionist suggested us for an upgrade(with some additional cost). The upgraded room was just fantastic.

The hotel staff is the most professional and polite I have dealt with in my entire life! They make the guest feel really special! The hotel's restaurant is AMAZING! The environment of it is so cozy, and the food is also AMAZING!

The bathroom cleanliness was a bit poor, and the sink and the WC were not working properly. For a 5 stars hotel and the price they charge, the bathroom should be in perfect conditions.

Dreadful pillows!! with no option to change

Breakfast and location was very good as was dinner. Pool and access to the sea was very nice. Food was good overall.

The room/suite we booked was overlooking a busy road so there was a lot of traffic noise. This is not mentioned when booking and despite notifying the hotel of a special occasion, no consideration was given to the booking. We moved into the main hotel the next day at a cost of ~€250 per night for not much better - a suite with the back over the same road.

Location close to really good golf courses, beautiful rooms, restaurants and pool. Loved the ability to swim in sea directly from the rocks in front of the hotel.

The hotel is comprised of 2 buildings, with a busy road between the buildings. I recommend staying in the main building in case traffic disturbs you.

Unfortunately some members of the staff very pretty rude especially some of the servers at dinner and breakfast. Definitely not worth the amount of money you pay in my opinion! Plenty of better options in Mallorca for less.

The facilities and pool area were gorgeous

The concierge was beyond lovely but the service itself throughout the hotel was subpar. It would take 30mins to get a drink and staff was not very friendly. The food was also not the quality it should be for a five star resort.

Steps leading directly into the sea, outside terrace. Loved the design of the sun parasols and the breakfast was good.

Steps in pool chipped with sharp rdges, tiles missing on infinity area. Food around pool area had to be sent back (undercooked chicken). Frozen marguerita sent back too as tasteless but I was given a glass of rose to replace.

The property is beautiful, especially the terrace and pool areas. Delightful staff.

Sadly the quality of the cooking doesn't match the rest of the hotel services. Breakfast is adequate but lunch and dinner were both disappointing.

We came for a friends wedding only stayed a few days but everything was very good

Taxis was a problem as there was something going on in Palma which did cause us a little disruption, I do think that as a hotel you should have something as a back up plan when this happenes
