Very nice service, very good food, nice facilities

You have to take a taxi to go to the beach, the golf course or to Palma.

the staff was very helpful and kind, they helped us with getting the taxi and understand what all we can explore as we were travelling with elderly parents.

the restaurant din't have enough options in food for someone who wants to eat vegan and is not a fan of eggplant.

They have the most comfortable beds! The hotel is clean and well run, lovely staff. 8-10 mins to Palma in a cab. And most importantly a relaxed laid back atmosphere, which is what you want on holiday.

We have stayed here 6 times - it works perfectly for us! Everything is in the right place for busy people and the sauna closes at 9pm and can just skim in at 8.45pm - breakfast til 12 / the hotel has a beautifulScent - we will be back!

It’s all perfect

We loved the general 'feel' of the hotel with its animal theme, the lush greenery and small birds flying in and out of the hotel (our toddler loved this particularly), the indoor swimming pool, friendliness of staff, vegan options for food, comfortable and clean room, and much more.

Unfortunately the hotel cannot control this but many of the other tourists were rude (I don't want to generalise, but if was typically people from a specific country). People smoking outdoors while we're eating or just near us and our toddler.

The location and property in itself was fine. The junior suite size was great!

The breakfast was fantastic. Really good selection. The chef made us fresh omelettes every morning. Food was great in both the pool bar and the restaurant. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly at reception and great in the two restaurants. The spa facilities were top notch. Great location for beaches and places to go eat.

On the occasion the pool bar was very busy so better to eat earlier or slightly later to avoid lunch rush. You really need a car or be happy taking taxis to restaurants or beach when very hot. If not too hot walking isn't too bad.

Property was very run down and dirty. Stuffy smell in the room and terrible smell in the bathrooms. Service at the restaurant was incredibly slow and inattentive.

The pool restaurant staff were fantastic and deserve a lot of credit for doing everything they do without any back up staff. The Hyatt management need to employ more staff in the bar restaurant during the day as they are expecting too much from the staff working. You would have a lot happier staff and customers.

Pool is great for the kids and hotel offers lots of shaded area to rest. Rooms are ok.

We booked this hotel for our family holiday. Hotel in general is ok. Reception people are nice but that is not the level of Hyatt we used to. The biggest disappointment was food. Breakfasts were ok yet the same everyday. Dinner was a disaster. When one is travelling to Spain one expects food to be first class (simply because whichever restaurant you would go - you be satisfied). However chef in this hotel did not like the food very much. We were served almost the same food, every day, tasteless and just not good.

Top notch facilities! All well maintained even though the hotel was build in early 2000 it doesn't feel like one because all is well taken care of well kept and refurbished. Rooms are very clean. Sauna was one of the best I've ever been to. Gym was also well equipped. The pools were clean. The place is considered for all types of customers. All can find a bit for themselves. Great staff especially Alex at reception desk. This guy is above and beyond!!! Friendly, helpful and nice. All staff members were very friendly. I can tell that food in the restaurant was great too. Location is a bit off the path but still with 15 minutes reach of main city and near the beach. Super comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Overall highly recommended

I felt like there is overwhelming number of german guests. Sometimes the staff was even talking to me in German which in the beginning was funny but after few days I was like a bit annoyed by it. So if you are a German traveller and looking for different people - that ain't one;) although some may like this and others don't even bother about it. Even the live events where accustomed for german guests - 80s music Abba, sherry lady etc:)

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent. Facilities were great.
