Some SPA mechanical features were out of order. Too restrictive access for kids.

the easy access to stores

the staff was rude and it was hard to get towels and the room was not advertised well

The gym for a hotel was great. very big and enough equipment. the pool area was lovely, nice comfy beds and two pools. great location- its on a high street with coffee bars, shops and restaurants- and maybe a 5-8 minute walk to a sandy beach

the breakfast experience was awful. I don't know how people can review that it is good! its a very smelly canteen; interior is also a cheap canteen and poor hygiene/ lazy practices with the waiters. the waiters were stacking dirty plates on trays with wheels right next to us (literally dozens).. with open bins where they were putting all the food scraps in .. attracting wasps and flies. dirty plates need to be taken straight to the kitchen...period. the coffee was also cheap and terrible.the rooms were smelly, they smelt damp? I had to change rooms because of the noise which staff were accommodating on. but second room still smelt damp and was tiny. pillows were so uncomfortable; clearly very cheap pillows with the foam all uneven inside.. and only two pillows on a double bed- the standard is 4? rooms were very noisy; for example I could hear next door plugging their charger into a wall.. let alone overhearing all conversations so bring ear plugs.All round it was just a very unpleasant stay. I was planning to stay for 3 nights but checked out after 1 to a different hotel as couldn't bear it

the size of the hotel

very old bad elevators, bad staff, charge you for things you didnt buy. far from beach, its a 10 min walk up a hill on the way back which gets tiring and its very crowded. bad layout of rooms in hotel. bad labelling of floors for example the lobby is on the third floor and this is not made clear.

Good breakfast, spa with massage pools, outside pool with lots of sunbeds, close to really nice Portals Nous Beach

Staff were amazing.

Why did I need to go back to reception to get cards to give to the towel attendant, only 1% of the beds were being used, surely my room card would have been proof enough that I’m staying there? The fridge in the room is next to the bed enclosed in a cupboard, as no air was getting to the fan, the top of the fridge was red hot, I’m sure in the summer months this could be a fire risk? As a consequence, nothing in the fridge was actually cold, had to leave the door open and pull fridge slightly forward so the vents had air flow.

The team that work there! Most have been there for a long time I have staid here many timesTheir welcomimg and their helpfullness - they all work so hard!

Location great. Staff very good and room was very good value for money. Lovely pool to enjoy in sun with pool bar and plenty of sun beds.Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice and freshly cooked eggs and omelettes.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Dinner is highly recommended with good variety including seafood. Swimming pool and Spa were good.

Bedroom needs improvements. Sofa bed was not not comfortable, AC not working properly and room was too warm inside even in April. Bathroom was great.

Great Location, lovely breakfast comfy bed. Great massage and reasonably priced .spa is also lovely although never found a steam room.

Would’ve preferred better pillows and more of them

Very helpful and efficient staff, the bedroom was comfortable and clean.,however the bed was short.The restaurant was cavernous with a high percentage of children, but the staff maintained a clean and tidy environment with tables being cleaned quickly. The indoor pool needs refurbishment and the spa also looked ready for refurbishment.

They started packing the breakfast away at 10.10 when breakfast stopped at 10.30The double outdoor sun beds were a 20 euro charge per day

Restaurant staff very good, location to restaurants and bars very good.

reception staff very poor. Our room had infestation of cockroaches so we had to move. We also spoke to another family who had the same problem. Reception staff very unhelpful when we wanted to wash the baby bottles from the hotel room sink which had cockroaches on them. The outdoor kids play area was overgrown with weeds and the kids pool dirty full of leaves. I have been this hotel four times and this was the most disapointing visit.

The hotel was excellent—great location, beautiful nearby beach, and an amazing spa. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of options. The staff were all incredibly friendly. I’d definitely love to stay here again if I visit Palma!

The hotel is very beautiful, close to lots of shops, beach and marina. The staff were always helpful, friendly and welcoming. We also had spa access which was so fun the facilities were excellent. The only downside we found was that you can hear everything from other rooms .. when people closed doors or used anything other than talking volume it was very easy to hear.

5* breakfast

Indoor Pool opened for Adults with Children with restriction for 1 hour, from 14.00 to 15.00 only, if so should single Adults with no children should be restricted / not allowed as they have the rest of 8 / 9 hours available...make it sense make it

It’s clean, walking distance to good restaurants such as Chimili and Moo-Moo Steakburgers. Breakfast was full course.

My refrigerator was not working and telephone was not operating in Room 309. Ticket made to facilities to follow-up but not available at time. Accommodated by providing ice bucket as temp fix.

Perfect location with plenty of choices to eat with reasonable prices. Hotel facilities were amazing too the spa was excellent. Breakfast and Dinner are both buffet but tasted and presented in a 5 star manner

Everything was good just they give you a few snacks in your room which you think are free but are chargeable but not that expensive like 1 euro

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast AMAZING. Spa was fantastic

Beds uncomfortable

Great location for us. Staff were really helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
