- good quiet location, nice gym, nice breakfast spread, lovely outdoor and indoor pool
- Had a mixed experience in this fabulous hotel which didnt seem ready for guests. In particular the restaurant staff seemed untrained and unfamiliar with the menu. On the first night we were served completely different meals to to what we had actually ordered. This was kindly rectified. On another occasion, wine was served from a bottle which had been opened several days earlier and had gone off. This was also rectified eventually but the staff werent sure if there was any Chardonnay in the hotel. A bit chaotic . Breakfast was all together different. There was a fabulous selection and everything ran smoothly. Our initial room was changed as we requested twin beds and this had not been taken note of . When we did get a room with twin beds the room itself was good but the air-conditioning did not work. This is not a problem for us as we did not need it travelling in April. !
- A small outdoor play gym for kids. The spa area in the pool with the pink floor is very slippery with the slippers provided in the room it's quite dangerous.
Cons -
- cocktails could be better - theyssound great on paper
- The sauna was closed, cockroach in the bedroom, requested a room with two twin beds and they were put right next to each other instead of separate.
