    • Loved that they gave out pool and beach towels to borrow. Liked the breakfast buffet options. The rooftop view was STUNNING.

    • Great pool. Wonderful location beside the bay. Close to lots of restaurants.

    Cons -

    • The room had a strong smell. Not sure if it was from the cleaning supplies used or something else. Also the flooring is a laminate wood look floor that was loose and coming apart in some areas.
    • There was not one thing we didn't like about this property. It was perfect.
    • There were some ants in the room, but it didn’t really bother us. The main thing was just not to leave food outside the fridge.

The location was great- beautiful swimming cove, great pool with plenty of lounge options, and a short walk to the beach! The hotel was immaculate and the service was exceptional! We will definitely be back! I would recommend renting a car to explore the island as taxis and Ubers are very expensive— this property offers free parking!

This property was absolutely perfect! It exceeded all of our expectations. It had multiple pools plenty of sun, loungers, beautiful stone stairway to the sea.On-site, restaurants and bar super convenient they even provide rental cars at the property . Self serve, laundry facilities, super clean staff was absolutely amazing and helpful.A quick walk to the strip with multiple restaurants to choose from supermarket shopping 100% would definitely book this again. It was absolutely wonderful and the views were perfect!

There was not one thing we didn't like about this property. It was perfect.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time. The first time everything was perfect - I rated it 10/10.This time, however, we found out that some rooms are quite old and really need renovation. We booked a room with a balcony and sea view, but when we arrived late in the evening, we got a room with a shared terrace and a view of our neighbors’ sunbeds instead. The bathroom was very worn out, and the toilet door almost didn’t close. To be fair, the next morning when we went to reception and explained the situation, the staff changed our room to the one we originally booked - with a private balcony and a beautiful sea view. The facilities in this room were much better, although we could move in only after 3 p.m.Breakfast, as before, was 10 out of 10 (a great variety of tasty food). It’s also perfect for kids who are picky eaters: porridge, pancakes, waffles, toast, breakfast flakes, pastries - plenty to choose from. The hotel’s spa is a nice bonus too. It was very pleasant to spend time there both with kids (from 12:00 to 16:00) and without them. There is also a very beautiful small beach nearby, just a few steps away, and a big sandy beach only two minutes walk from the hotel.Overall, the hotel once again left a good impression, but now I know that the rooms can be quite different in quality, and “sea view” can mean different things. And it’s very strange to me that such different rooms cost the same.

There were some ants in the room, but it didn’t really bother us. The main thing was just not to leave food outside the fridge.

    View, pools, hotel room,

Didn’t like is too strong. What I thought could be improved on is more casual lunch and dinner options at the Bar that you can eat by the pool or near the pool. They’re should be coffee to go in the lobby all day. Everybody likes to walk into town in the morning and we have to get our coffee at another hotel. They’re also should be a breakfast counter where you can go and get a danish or croissant. People who want the sit down buffet will still opt for it.

I liked the views and only the exterior of the building

The room smelled terrible, the hallways to the rooms were outdated did not feel luxurious at all. The staff had the bare minimum of customer service. They all seem like they were fed up even being there I was even scared to ask them anything. One of the worst experiences for the money you pay

    2SamanPosted on: 9-11-2025

The view (the exterior is only nice)

The interior is dated, smelly, unliveable.

What a beautiful hotel. The design and decor are exceptional. The pool and the pool deck are gorgeous, the water temperature is just right, and the views are stunning. The landscaping and walking paths around the hotel leading down to the ocean are a great touch. You won’t go wrong staying here.

The bathrooms could use a little updating. They feel very dated.

    7MichellePosted on: 7-11-2025

Lovely location, clean, staff very helpful

Bathroom towels were too small and looking old. Room 408 was very musky and smelt a little damp. No dishcloth provided in the kitchenette area so you couldn’t wipe and clean the sink after use. Bar staff refused to give me a cup off ice after the shop had closed.

Fantastic location with amazing views. The hotel has direct access to the beach and has a lot of activities for guests.Rooms were comfortable and we particularly liked having private parking within the premises.

The towels felt old and a bit worn out , however were clean. The interiors of rooms could do with a slight refresh but that does not mean the rooms were not comfortable

Good location and sea view. Good SPA. In the apartment you have all what you need, but its a little bit old.

The old furniture- kitchen, tables, sofa.

Very nice sea view , clean, helpful staff. We also liked the breakfast and dinner

High price , probably due to holiday season

Beautiful setting overlooking the sea. Stylish , serene interiors. Quality fixtures and fittings.Lovely pool area.Healthy selection of fruits and salads and smoothie at breakfast.

Upon arrival, both receptionists had their head down, and it was I that who had to say hello first - hate that! The basics of asking would you like to check-in, did you have a good journey etc with a smile would have been nice.Noone told me about the spa, only found it on last day. Noone told me about the rooftop area either. Also, only saw the leaflets on all attractions and activities tucked in a corridor by lifts until last day, this needs to be visible in reception. Not many staff actually smileOne bar staff was miserable and actually a bit rude.Had to move rooms 3 times, due to an infestation of flies. Next room was only free for 1 night, so had to move to a 3rd room. Had a telephone call on 2nd day saying i need to come back to the hotel to move my things, when i had already done this in the morning , and put the cleaning sign on the door - all was quite stressful. Staff offered compensation, but didn't ask what I would like, they told me. They offered me half board for my last 2 nights. I don't really eat breakfast as I don't eat until 11am. As we're in a resort full if lovely restaurants, I would of preferred to have the choice of where to eat, but as that was the compensation offered, we ate at the hotel for 2 nights. Would have preferred a monetary compensation if was given the choice.Dinner - noone told me certain drinks were included. So I went to the bar and bought my own.All rooms were incredibly hot during the night, and even though it states all rooms have air conditioning, when I asked for air conditioning to be available, i was strongly told that the hotel had the heating on up to a couple of weeks prior and so no the hotel does not have air conditioning until at least May! Which is ridiculous! As a paying customer, I should be able to have a good night sleep. On check out - no apologies, no farewell , hope to see you again soon etc....

Love the location, rooms, view and all the facilities including pool, spa.

    9AlexanderPosted on: 4-25-2025

Rooms: Even most of the lowest category rooms have sea view. Well equity with a kitchen. Big beds.Safety: We felt save at all times.Walkability: It's a little of the center and up a little hill, but high walkableFood and drinks: Try the a la carte RestaurantAMURA, really good value for money.

The fitness room could be better equipped and with some air. A water dispenser and cooler is missing at all. Maybe just not the focus of the Hotel but would be an easy win. The SPA & Steam room is nice and bright with huge windows but NO ACCESS to the outside and fresh air. Honestly I don't understand at all.The evening animation for the kids should NOT be in the main hall, as most clients and guest without kids get disturbed heavily. Not to mention the receptionists!

    10IanPosted on: 4-24-2025

It was clean and well managed. I have stayed before and will stay again.

    8KyriakiPosted on: 4-23-2025

The hotel is very nice, it offers everything someone would need to relax on holiday. Excellent breakfast/ dinner buffet, a nice location and view, modern common facilities and friendly staff who were ready to help.

Our apartment room seemed not recently refurbished (old windows, furniture) however it was still comfortable and perfect size for a family of 3.The room had humidity and a humidity smell too, the air-conditioning heating was not working but the staff provided a heater which helped. The 1 hour spa massage was OK.
