Monte Hotel

I loved the ambiance of monte hotel. It has a beautiful mountains view in rooms and hotel restaurant has big balcony which you can enjoy and relax after you dine at their restaurant. Also, the hotel provided good amenties such as game room which includes chest boards and billiards. The restaurant food selections are pretty okay but pasta serving are small. The staff and receptionist are friendly and very attentive about your concerns

If you have a good budget, better to choose superior room to stay than Large double room or twin room on 4th floor. Rooms which located on 3rd floor areas are spacious and has good interior, unlike to the rooms we just stayed on 4th fooor.

Too difficult to get anywhere if a small amount of snow. Isolated. Was told on phone before non refundable reservation shuttle would go up and down to lower Gudauri during ski lift hours and up to midnight so you can go to lower village for dinner. Not so. Was told spa would have massages when called before making rsvp. Not so. Room was old and shabby with peeling doors, raggy tools and ribes. Just way too tired a space.

The staff was very polite, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was superb, with daily changing selections of hot and cold food. The view is absolutely rewarding. There is an activity room and plenty of things to do.

Nothing really to dislike. For those wanting to ski, it is too far to walk. But the hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski lifts in New Gudauri.Unfortunately the swimming pool was a bit chilly when we reached but immediate action was taking to heat the pool, which takes some time, hence we weren't able to use it during our stay.

Breakfasts are good, shuttle transfer to Shino lift is very convenient. Game room has pool and table tennis. The hotel is not big so common spaces are not crowded. Food in the restaurant is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel has "free parking" but it's not cleaned from snow, so it's effectively unusable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during the winter season. The location is excellent and very close to many activities, which made our trip easy and enjoyable.I would especially like to thank Nina at the reception for her outstanding service. She was very welcoming, professional, and always greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, which truly made a difference in our experience.Overall, a great stay and we would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Everything! The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly. Specially Nina, she made everything perfect and our stay more remarkable. If im coming again to this hotel its because i received such warm welcome and hospitality! Hotel is very cozy and everyone there wants you to feel as comfortable as possible. Its very close to the slopes within a walking distance and they also have a shuttle service in case you don't want to walk.

First and foremost the caring staff starting from Nina and rest of the team. They were warm and ready to help toll eying their limits. Comfortable rooms and facilities.

Our stay in Monte Hotel was so great! We were greeted and accommodated by the Lady receptionist (sorry that we were not able to get her name). But she was so cheerful and hospitable. We love all your staff, they are so kind and welcoming. They even helped my husband arranged a surprise birthday for me. They truly exceeded our expectation of customer service. We also love the smell of the room as soon as we entered inside. The view is amazing and we had a comfortable stay. Our son especially mentioned that He loves and enjoyed the swimming pool and gaming room, which honestly was enjoyed by all of us. We actually enjoyed every bits of our stay in Monte. We will surely recommend them to our friends. Thank you to all of you!

It is more of suggestion tho, maybe they can add variety in their breakfast menu or have more options of food delivery or where guest can order around the property.

The views are spectacular. The room was relatively clean. When we needed a change of sheets at night, there was no service anymore but we were given sheets to change ourselves eventually.

Breakfast wasn't good. Very basic and wasn't clean, there were hairs in the food and the utensils and mugs were dirty. The room didnt look like the photos at all. No air conditioning and the windows have limited opening and bugs kept entering. It was very hot and uncomfortable.

The manager is very friendly, rooms and beds are very cozy, spa facilities, quality of breakfast, view in the morning/evening

Partly not in good quality and condition: the staircase down to the spa is dangerous! No handheld, slippery and behind a door invisible without warning sign- this needs to be fixed urgently…. sinks were smelling, after room chamge ot was brilliant- thanks for it! Breakfast just from 09:00am- too late for tours, the stuff was unmotivated and couldn‘t give any information themselves. We asked for earlier breakfast or at öeast one coffee at the bar at 08:45 but it was impossible to get it. Thats sad….

Excellent Location right at the top of the mountain, with a breath taking view. Breakfast was outstanding with a variety of choice.Room design was modern too.

One should be prepared for a mosquito invasion, especially towards the evening. There’s no control in place for that. Also the air con was barely working so there was no temperature control. The reception team needs to be more responsive.
