Hotel Deka Gudauri

The host was wonderful, she tries to do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.They helped with booking the shuttle, and even when we changed the leaving hours twice, they didn't make an issue and helped us re-book.Location is good - 7 min. walk uphill in the snow to the first cable car. It's not that bad if you're not lazy.The place is very clean.Good breakfast.The best part in the hotel is dinner:Delicious dinner that you order from the menu, you don't need to leave the hotel to get REAL Georgian food and for a fare price.At night, it's very quiet and you can get a good night sleep.It's definitely worth the priceThank you very much for having us.

The beds and pillows are a little hard

Great breakfasts and very welcoming team, just a few minutes walk to the chairlift, however uphill.

Way to the nearest supermarket is a bit challenging on the side of the road with trucks.

The staff and service were so good I checked in early and they quickly helped me get set up for a long day on the slopes. I rented ski’s at the hotel which was far more cost effective than renting them at the slopes. The equipment provided was also very good! Breakfast was good, showers were hot and the beds were comfy! Thanks to Luca and the rest of the staff at deka for a great stay.

There is a short incline walk up to the ski lift and skiing into the hotel is a little tricky. Both wasn’t too much of a problem for me but I am young and an experienced skier.

Stairs

The staff are courteous and helpful. Georgian breakfast is good. It's a small 5 to 10 minute hike up to the Pirveli ski lift. Ski rental available. My rooms had balconies. Any issue we faced was solved immediately. Overall stay was comfortable.

Food was delicious, there is a ski depot on the territory, five minutes walk to the ropeway up the hill - we were more than happy!

You have to be morally prepared to walk up the hill for a few minutes, it’s not a problem, just something to consider

Great location, close to the ski lifts, amazing breakfast and dinners at the place. Luka and the family makes you feel at home.

We had a great experience at hotel Deka - the location is great for accessing the slopes and the hotel itself was cosy and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the food was delicious (as well as having a great breakfast, we ate there most nights!)

Can't fault anything, it was wonderful!

Breakfast was excellent, lots of different choices to eat and drink. Sauna was lovely as was the shower. Whenever we needed help with something the staff was very helpful.

My bed was a bit hard which made sleeping a bit difficult, but I switched it with another mattress which helped.

Everything was at high level. Everyday cleaning, silence, tasty food, helpful staff. Kid friendly attitude!

The host were helpful, though there was language issues but she was very eager to understand what I was saying and helped me with everything. Breakfast was great. If more restaurant options available that would be great. Thank you.

The hotel, the interior, the staff, the rooms, bathrooms. It is super clean, and they gave us a very generous breakfast with many options for everyone

Nothing to complain about

Superb location and gret property...feels like my home.

The only problem is that I have to climb two floors with all my luggage. But staff were very helpful and they are egarly help you with ur luggage etc.

The staff were friendly. Good breakfast spread, amazing location with good views of snow peaked mountains and it's a beautiful property, clean and tidy and very esthetically done.

There's nothing that I didn't like at Hotel Deka. This gets 10/10 from me.

Nice location in Gudauri near the main road. Breakfast was huge and tasty with fresh bread/croissants! The staff was also very friendly.

Rooms looked not so new anymore, there were minor problems (e.g. water dripping out of the toilet bowl on the floor) and the toilet bowlwas not 100% clean when we arrived.

The hotel room is big and clean. It is a walking distance to the ski resort, we really had fun staying in this place.

An amazing hotel, excellent hospitality, the owner of the hotel is simply lovely, we didn't lack for anything. Excellent location and the rooms are clean and spacious

The host was available all the time. Good breakfast and we ordered in for most of the meals as well.

The location is far from the ski resort centre. Heater is turned off in the daytime.
