Good view.

We checked out earlier because it was so dirty and smelled so bad and sickening from the toilet that had not been cleaned properly. When we arrived in the room there was something spilled in the middle of the room, the receptionist tried wiping it off with bath towels, hence the whole floor was sticky, and they did not clean it afterwards the next day. The towels were stained and unclean. The hallways were also in a very bad state cleanliness-wise.The whole experience was unpleasant, we asked for a partial refund for checking out days earlier, but was also not approved.

The location is amazing and it has an amazing view on mount kezbek. The staff was super friendly and the food is amazing , the restaurant Menu has variety of foods and they’re literally all amazing and their portion size is very good .Overall the stay was amazing and I even celebrated my wife’s birthday there and the staff helped me organize a small celebration.

Ots a new beautiful design hotel everything it detailed. The staff are incredible nice, welcoming and helpful. The manager of the hotel and family were grait Anna was more then you can ask.for. food at breakfast and at the restaurant was so good and fresh. Graeit value for your money.We took a room with a mountain view. My god what a view!!! Incredible. Thank you so much for perfact host. We will definitely come back a gain

We liked everything

The room was specious and the views were great. Bed was very large and comfy. Room had good amount of lights. The outdoor and public areas were both great.

The room felt bit outdated. The bathroom was bit small. The sewer in the shower was stuck. Breakfast was not fresh at all. It seemed that they weren't restocking quick enough so things got a bit stale.

Good location, nice mountain views. Parking on site. Fine breakfast. Nice lounge area on the top floor.

Thin walls. Water damage on the walls. Curtains didn’t fully cover the windows, which was pretty dumb. No gym, pool or other facilities, which would have been nice since we had a lot of downtime.

Wonderful view, very comfortable bed and very good breakfast. The location was also perfect and the staff was nice and professional.

Staff, food and location are great. The rooftop offered fantastic views of the valley. Walkable from town. Plenty of public spaces to spread out (as needed.)

The main patio didn't have any shade, so we really couldn't use it due to summertime sunshine. With that said, the Rooms hotel (much more expensive) also didn't have shade on their patio.

Unfortunately, my stay was only for one night — I really wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was nice and had all the basic necessities. What I loved the most was the spacious balcony and the stunning view of the mountains. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was good. The staff was very friendly — we really enjoyed our stay

Pretty much everything - location, room amenities, cleanliness and views. Cherry on top was warm staff. Special mention to Chanda who arranged a warm brownie at 12 AM on short notice in a town where you can’t find cake ? Wife had randomly asked for a sauce mentioning she liked it and kind staff (Avtandil and Anna) gifted us a bottle during check out, attention to detail of staff was better than some of the luxury properties I’ve stayed in past. Everyone had a warm smile throughout!

Excellent location, loved the Mountain View room. We were lucky that it was snowing the day we visited, snow clad Mountain View was breathtaking.

Overall good - maybe they could add some breakfast options. Also the usage of elevators, especially when carrying bags can be sometimes inconvenient (need to take some steps for entering each floor).

Like: The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. We had a problem driving downhill when snowfall, and the staff helped us get through it with comforting words. The food choices in breakfast was good not that much varieties but it was enough and pack with quality. We had dinner there as well on the night of arrival, and it was surprisingly good with generous amount. Dislike: There was elevator in alternate floors so the luggage's needs to be carry up to the floor we stay. Wifi was on and off. Not much facilities at the hotel so when we were stuck at the hotel because of the snowstorm we went to the top floor and sat there for a while.

I loved the location, the hotel has an amazing room view over the Kazbegi mountains and the valley. The room is spacious and has everything we need. Clean bathroom and very comfy bed!The staff was friendly and a separate thanks to administrator Luna who was always there for us and helped us whenever we contacted her. Luna also provided us all info for the stay and updated us with the road situation ( the road was closed due to severe weather conditions). Thank you, Luna!

Good hotel, but surroundings not clean, stray dogs all around hotel entrance, making it very uncomfortable.

Loved everything, the staff, the rooms, the view and services for sure.

My stay at memoir hotel was the highlight of my Georgia trip. Everything was just perfect. The location, the service, the people, all perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. CHANDA made sure we were comfortable and gave us suggestions that really made our trip memorable. The view from the room is breathtaking. The warmth and helpful nature from the people in the community is very different from the rest of Georgia. Fantastic experience. I will definitely be back in summer.

Breakfast could have some more variety but everything else was perfect.

The view was breathtaking, the hotel smelled fresh, and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Even the manager personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The highlight, though, was enjoying shisha on the terrace of my room — they brought it right to us.
